waited 30+ minutes in drive thru with 5+ cars in front of me and 6+ cars behind me even after 2 cars off. 2nd car in front of me must have been ordering for 10+ minutes without motion. I finally honked after 10 minutes and again after 2 minutes when seeing no motion. car finally moved. car in front of me only ordered 24.74 worth of cookies and that took 3 minutes. Horrible customer service. Manager is so unfriendly and not helpful. I ordered food and when I got to the second window 1/2 of what I ordered wasn’t there. When I tell them I ordered it and it’s not my fault she didn’t charge me if they could charge me and give me the rest of the food, they refused and wanted me to make the huge drive through line again.
