Bad service I ordered food from DoorDash and it came incomplete

It is 4:20 in the morning. I came to pick up an Uber order and to buy something for myself. No one answered at the drive-through despite of me waiting for five minutes drove around and gone back on the drive-through and no one answered. I looked inside and I see the Uber order sitting on the counter, but I don’t see any employees in the restaurant. There’s a few cars parked outside, which I’m assuming it’s from employees. But not a single employee came to the window or answered me on the speaker.

Deplorable customer service. There was a growing line of cars waiting to be serviced. The car in front of me was the one that was at the speaker. He blew the horn a couple of times to see if anyone was working, and there was no acknowledgment from the staff whatsoever. Even after he pulled up to the window and you can clearly see multiple employees inside they acted like he was not sitting there. There was absolutely no sense of urgency to assist the customer, nor any type of apology for the unexplained wait. We are talking at least 10 minutes. Never again.

I'm glad somebody was listening at management.I've started coming back here since mid to late 2023 and the Staff is now quite friendly and very attentive. Food comes out accurate and hot, big change from what it was. Thank you for listening McDonald's.

Food takes forever, and no one comes to say anything or even apologize for the long wait. I've promised myself to avoid this location, but sometimes it's impossible, but I always regret it

I understand that this is a “fast food” establishment so not much should be expected however, at the end of the day people are spending their money to eat here so with that being said this establishment I won’t even call it a restaurant should be evaluated by corporate and potentially just shut it down! The food is disgusting not even edible, the atmosphere of the establishment itself is not maintained it’s dirty, no clean tables and chairs and stinks! And the staff well they all deserve to be fired all they do is cuss, scream and play around and saw a couple of employee’s and their uniform’s were stained. Came here last week to grab a bite and wow wish I never stepped foot in here absolutely disgusting!!!!! Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!!! One word is DISGUSTING!

Stay away very low class people work there, employees screaming as they prepared food and using loudly vaguer vocabulary.Small child at least 2 years old with his mom in food area. Stop after work to eat with my adult daughter for dinner. I spoke to manager who was among the employees and just said “ I am sorry” they ALL should be fired and location should be closed.Stay away if you have any source of human values
I go often for my son and his happy meal but apparently the hamburgers are not good at

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered chicken nuggets and smoothies through the drive and they didn't get the order correct. Once i got to the pick up window i tried to get the order corrected and the lady told me they couldnt cuz they didnt have a register there. WTH?!?!?! Thats just lazy 101, in every other fast food restaurant with a drive through they're always able to correct orders at the pick up window. I then had to park and go inside to order the drink they forgot and ask for ketchup and sauce because they didn't even add that to an order with nuggets and fries ?. IT TOOK 15 MINUTES just to order a drink and ask for some sauce. Service was so bad even another customer cane in screaming that her order was taking extremely long. They had made her wait in a parking space after ordering through the drive through and she'd been waiting even longer than me! Never going back here again. Our food was cold by the time we got our sauce. Ridiculous

They state they open 24 hrs a day but when I went after hours they had a staff of 4 people and the lady manager stated theybwere closed to clean and set up for breakfast and they were closed. But all lights and signage said other wize.Really bad service and management.
