We have been to this friendly place so many times I can't count. The Pho is great and everything on the menu is always super fresh and good. Super nice people too, highly recommended

Honestly this place the food tasted good, but I had a big problem. I ordered pork chop that was expected to have one bone on the side. After waiting what seemed like a long time and being very hungry, I bit into the piece that was supposed to be juicy. It had a small bone in it elsewhere and it broke my entire molar tooth into 2.
This food was not prepared properly because the pork chop meat was cut incorrectly. It split bone on my tooth in half. I had to have it pulled as it was so badly damaged. 3 visits to the dentist for major work. I had to rush to the dental emergency clinic. This meal ended up costing me a whole bunch more money! They could not save my tooth from the damage of the meat bone here.
Beware of bones in food that are hidden!
As a side note, my gf didn’t like her food she usually gets either. She came here because of the chicken being juicy and unusually high quality for the style of dish. Today, she described it as rubbery and she didn’t finish it. We paid $42 for two for lunch, but it cost me an entire molar tooth!

As we arrive at this place, we were seated and had to wait for being served even though other customers came after us and were served before us .
We had to call several service servers for the attention before we could get served
We had the soup and also a bowl of rice that never came. We had to get up and ask one of the servers to bring the rice.

The restaurant is great. I love this food, but my visit today left a lot to be desired. The woman in charge of our table was a bit distant from the start. It took her a long time to come to the table to take our order and she didn't even come to the table to refill our water. When it came time to pay, she simply handed over the bill. The place is great; the food is a 10. I hope I'll have a better opinion of my waitress next time.
Gley was my server and she went above and beyond. I told her I lived in chicago and knew about the Vietnamese culture. She was a great host and highly recommend you come visits!!!!

Any of the Pho soups are delicious! The veggies are crisp, fresh and cut perfectly to soften in the broth. I had tofu, my son had a spicier version with thinly sliced beef~tender and seasoned well. Friendly and welcoming staff as you walk in~Everyone is helpful and patient in describing the menu. Atmosphere is a little noisy
