Been going to Pincho for a couple years now, and absolutely love it! They have wonderful creative specials each month, and consistently good staples. I’m a pescatarian, so the veggie burger and shrimp options are my go-to’s, but my partner says the meats are always prepared perfectly as well. Great sized and balanced burgers, with delicious toppings and ways to customize (pro tip- add some queso frito to the burger!) Also their bowls and plates are well portioned to eat at once when you’re super hungry, or split into two meals. Fave sides are the tostones, queso frito bites, and sweet potato tots (that come with a nice cinnamony apple butter dip.) Flavors are consistently on point, ingredients are high quality, and pricing is reasonable. Reasons we’ll keep coming back for more!!! Only drawback is eating inside, because the music is too loud for me and makes it stressful, even though the space is quite comfortable and decor is fun. But if loud noise doesn’t bother you, no worries. Definitely recommend Pincho!!!

The burgers here are passable in flavor—neither remarkable nor disappointing—but unfortunately, their size leaves much to be desired. The patties are exceptionally thin, barely thicker than a quarter inch, which creates an unbalanced burger. Even if it had come with two patties, the burger would still be undersized, especially when paired with buns that are disproportionately large. In some bites, you’re left with over an inch of bun and no meat at all, which makes the overall experience underwhelming. While the fries are decent, the lack of substance in the burgers is a glaring issue that detracts from the meal. If you’re looking for a hearty burger, this may not be the place for you.

It was our first time and the service was excellent and fast! Employees were nice and friendly and helped us make a great choice. Atmosphere was great as well (very comfy with good vibes and music) Food came out very fast, fresh and delicious! I have no complaints. Pincho has a new regular :)
I went in to get a burger for my boyfriend at the kendall location. It was to go however it is really really hot in there I don’t believe there is any ventilation whatsoever. I had to sit outside that’s how uncomfortably hot it is in there. I honestly don’t know how they can run a safe restaurant in this condition and how anybody can sit inside to eat. Thank Gid the weather on this particular day was nice outside so I waited outside. Please check the a/c it is definitely not working. This should be part of good safety
