I wanted to take this time 4:21 am, to give a review , I come to eat my breakfast every morning before I go to work and as soon as they hear my voice over the phone they know what I want and prepare it fast and just the way I like it, Mario is key to this operation and always welcomes you with a smile and is never in a bad mood he is the reason I write this review , all of the employee go above and beyond expectations but he goes the extra mile, this place is a gem and the best bakery in miami hands down

I only come to this Pinecrest Bakery late at night. I always look for Mario who automatically knows I want a blend of their natural fruit juices. It's not on the menu, but Mario knows exactly how to make it and it's delicious!!

This place used to be great. Always clean, friendly staff. Delicious food with large portions. I don't know if they changed administration in the last three months but every single time I've been there lately the tables have been dirty and I have had to wait a long time for my order to come through. Last time all the costumers that came after me were served before me. Food portions are definitely smaller now as well. Maybe they just need to retrain their staff? I won't be coming back for another few months because it's just not worth it, there are other faster options around.

ARLETTY's attention was excellent. It becomes much easier to enjoy the local food if you have attention as spectacular as hers.Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was very fast.Definitely my favorite place to have brunch.

There is always a line, but it is for a reason. Good prices for good pastries. Service has been improving lately, ladies have improved their English and customer service skills.

Disappointed with the response from staff when a dislike of their breakfast sandwich was brought up. Been coming here for a few years and have not had any prior disappointments. Today, when my concern was discussed I was faced with a confrontational staff "Rosalia" (she mumbled was her name, I don't even know if this is correct since she walked away as she answered me). It seemed she took offense to my dislike and request to please have the sandwich be re made. She focused more on questioning why I had a problem, and justified with "well this is how we eat our breakfast sandwich, I don't know you". I attempted to explain the onions were raw and bitter and if it could please be corrected. The rest of the staff, just stood around and made dirty looks as if I had 5 heads and was offending them all. This staff member was wearing a black shirt, I'm not sure if this means she is the person in charge; if so additional leadership, customer service and cultural sensitivity course would be beneficial.

We stopped at one of my favorite spots in Miami!!!!!! If you want authentic pastelitos this is the place you need to go. They have several spots in the city for convenience. The staff was nice and helpful Now on to the good stuff! We ordered a combination of treats guava & cream cheese pastry, cheese pastry (long one like a taqueno) potato ball and some ham croquettes. They were all so yummy and we came at the right time cause they were hot off the press! We also got to coffees that kept us awake till midnight. Happy New Year everyone Xo Veronica

The prices have skyrocketed at some point. A large cafe con leche is $5 plus tax. Empanadas are $3. Food is comparable to almost every other local spot for pastries. They are the 7 Eleven of Latin pastries. They have a lot of locations, but expect to overpay for very average options.

The nail salon that I go to it was one of the manicurist’s birthday and they purchased a rum cake from pinecrest bakery and OMG it was so delicious. The cake was so moist and the icing was impeccable. I will be dreaming of this cake until I eat it next. Sadly my birthday is in March but I will definitely be ordering that cake for the next birthday that comes my way.
