Visited Piola with friends today and had an amazing experience! Despite the sudden rush of customers, our server, Diego, handled everything with grace and professionalism. He made us feel like royalty with his attentive service, always knowing when to approach and ensuring we had everything we needed. I always passed by and saw this establishment busy , so I thought I go in and try it … they have a lot of clientele , but the food is bland , nothing special … BUT the service is non-existent… two people are serving about 12 tables … after our food came out , he never came back … until the check … unreal …. Then once we flagged him down , the tip was included on the check … of course he didn’t work for his tip…. Never again…. I believe in supporting our local eateries , but only if they deserve it !
