Someone is going to be really disappointed when they receive my order of 1 item, instead of the multiple items I ended up receiving of theirs.
This was a first for me, the bag and receipt are correct, but the food inside is completely someone else's food.
Hard to trust a restaurant that can't get matching their food to the order correctly.

One of the best Pollo locations in Miami! Not sure about previous reviews, maybe new management but as of recently, everything is on point. From the food to the staff 👏 the staff is so respectful & courteous. And the food is exactly as the pictures on the website. Some locations don’t have the new menu items but this location does. I purposely go out of my way only to eat at this location 😅 for real for real lol the new sandwiches & the cheesy yuca bites are my favorite
