Bad service, I ordered 3 meals and three drinks and they only delivered 2 meals and it seemed that the others sat for a long time in the container because they were broken. I hope they pay more attention to the orders because I page for all the meals and I never received a refund. the one that was missing.

Our family eats at this location often. It is the best one in the Miami area as far as I can tell. The customer service here is almost always top notch. The food never disappoints and they don't burn the skins to a charcoal (like some other locations do). The employees are helpful, nice and eager to please. The staff here do a remarkably well job at making certain your order is perfectly accurate. Just wish this place was closer to where we live. Overall, this Pollo Tropical is a very fine example of just how a fast food restaurant is supposed to operate! The managers there should be real proud.

This is by far one of my favorite places to go when I'm in town. The food is delicious with a ton of flavor, the staff was very helpful, and the food came out fast and hot. The varied flavors of sauces is amazing and the prices are good too. Will go again for sure!!!
