The food was good but it is only take out.
Best Japanese restaurant around. The lady is very sweet and my family has been going here for more than 5 years. Delicious food and lovely staff. They’re the best. Cant go to any other Japanese restaurant!
Since when does clear soup come with seafood inside!? Good thing I was not allergic. Smallest portions ever, beef overcooked. Best thing was the salad. We will not be returning here again.
Literally the best sushi in Miami. Tiny whole in the wall with authentic and wholesome vibes.
A small but great neighborhood spot. The sushi is always super fresh and it is a good value. You should try it.
I've been coming to this place my entire life, and even now I think they have some of the best sushi money can buy in Miami. A genuine neighborhood gem. The owner and chef have known me by name for the last 30+ years I've been visiting. Don't settle for the other sushi chains, get the real deal for a good price at a locally owned spot. You won't be disappointed.
I will definitely be going back and the service was top notch, very attentive and friendly.
My favorite sushi spot in Miami, we’ve been going here for 10 years and love it!
I constantly stop by purchasing some food in this spot. I enjoyed the prompt customer service and well prepared food. 5 stars.
Sakura is an amazing, smaller restaurant with staff that treat you like family. I've been going here since I was a kid, and every time I go in it feels like no time has passed. They also make the best volcano roll I have ever had. Wonderful place with great food!

Best sushi experience I've ever had
Small space but nice neighborhood feel and delicious food. The owners know many of the patrons by name. I especially love their Tone Roll and Tsukemono. I dine here at least once a month and have never been disappointed.
Old traditional Japanese restaurant. Walking in there made me feel in Japan for a few minutes. Small place, quite popular and it seems to be hidden since I never heard about it, is mostly known by locals who have lived nearby for many years. The food was very good, the miso soup was tasty, the rolls were excellent and the sashimi super fresh. I will come back, nice place and the prices are very good. One of the waitress seemed a bit pushy at the beginning but she ended up being very nice and hospitable
Great lunch specials and atmosphere. The place is tiny and the food is good, but its definitely one of my go-to spots in the area.
Sakura was excellent.Very tiny restaurant .... maybe like 5 or six tables. With a specials board and a rather large menu this restaurant packs a lot of flavor. After reading some other reviews for this restaurant I had a few things I wanted to try. Number one being the Enoki mushrooms... WOW.. they were the best!!! I can see why people said dont eat with your eyes. Maybe not the best looking mushrooms but flavor wise.... The Best. This alone will make me come back to Sakura. Also nice but a bit small was the Larry roll (rice less). But we ordered a few other things to make up for it. The Sakura mix plate brings sushi, sashimi, California roll and a thinly sliced fish in like a ponzu sauce that was also good.Ginger salad, clear soup, edamame and miso soup very standard preparations. All very good and service was excellent.Definitely a good place to come for sushi. I hear their cooked meals are also notable.
