Store hours start today at 7am... Another patron and I arrived at 7:40a only for the stores lights to be off and no one inside. Also, no answer on the phone. Can't wait till machines unlock doors and put fruit in a blender, them maybe they'd actually be making money when they're supposed to. Stocks might go up instead of slowly sinking as everyone has a blender at home. What is the appeal of corporations nowadays??? By the way, it is not a holiday or pre-holiday...

The only issue I have with this place is that when you pay through Apple Pay at the store, it automatically adds the tip, you have to put no tip if you don’t want to leave it. Tipping culture has gotten out of control and it’s ridiculous.
my smoothies are always made exceptionally well, And I’ve had great experiences with multiple workers, including Beth and Heidi. Overall my favorite smoothie place to go to, and I return multiple times a week

One specific employee that I’ve had MULTIPLE ISSUES with is EXTREMELY RUDE. When I had a question about one of my rewards she was quick to cut me off and not hear what my question was then she OVERCHARGED me then gave me the wrong order. When I asked her for my receipt, again she was quick to cut me off “oh it didn’t print”. I knew she didn’t want to print my receipt only because she knew she overcharged me and didn’t want to fix it. I’m always buying from smoothie king and never have any issues with any other staff except this girl. It’s EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND DISGUSTING. I always spend more than $20 every single week, so being treated like this is unacceptable and unethical. She needs to be properly trained on how to deal with customers or something.
