The only issue I have with this place is that when you pay through Apple Pay at the store, it automatically adds the tip, you have to put no tip if you don’t want to leave it. Tipping culture has gotten out of control and it’s ridiculous.

One specific employee that I’ve had MULTIPLE ISSUES with is EXTREMELY RUDE. When I had a question about one of my rewards she was quick to cut me off and not hear what my question was then she OVERCHARGED me then gave me the wrong order. When I asked her for my receipt, again she was quick to cut me off “oh it didn’t print”. I knew she didn’t want to print my receipt only because she knew she overcharged me and didn’t want to fix it. I’m always buying from smoothie king and never have any issues with any other staff except this girl. It’s EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND DISGUSTING. I always spend more than $20 every single week, so being treated like this is unacceptable and unethical. She needs to be properly trained on how to deal with customers or something.

The staff has no training when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness. On 2 different occasions, I've observed them lick their fingers, wipe their hands in clothing, and even scratch body parts while preparing food.

Surprisingly the smoothie came out pretty good ! Customer service was so dry. Glad I saw them mop to know this place didn’t smell as bad pre mop. Overall, not a one of the better locations I’ve been too but again, smoothie was good.

Amazing service! I didn't catch his name but the person handling my order had brown glasses and was wearing a pearl bracelet with a rabbit on it. He wasn’t very fast but he was very thoughtful about my smoothie and it tasted amazing!
