I just wanted to start of saying that the customer service was great! I ordered a fruit bowl it was soo amazing! I love that they have different types of things to order. I also got there freshly made drinks mango and berry! Super good and healthy☺️ I’ll definitely be back!!

My daughter loves this place however we have tried twice to eat here and their ac doesn’t work! Think about the food when the restaurant ac doesn’t work. Sad because we like this place. Sadly we give up when your ac doesn’t work for over a month

The rating is reflective of this certain location, not the restaurant chain itself. I have been to many Smoothie Spots and I am a frequent customer. However, this location was not it for me. Judging by the reviews, I fear I may have come at a bad time.

The turkey, pico de gallo, and beans were watery. The avocado slices they gave me were browning which I am aware you can still consume, simply not ideal if I'm paying $2+. They ran out of lids , therefore they wrapped my bowl in plastic. The plastic took off all of the sauce which was really bothersome. Lastly, they were understocked on multiple items.

I will not visit this location again. I will continue to support at their Hialeah location.
