Horrible Customer Service.Today I ordered a $14 smoothie online from this place. I work in the plaza and I always get Popeye smoothie or another type. Today I decided to try out the açaí tropical smoothie. I order online when I picked up the order it wasn’t ready for me so I had to wait. Then when they gave it to me I tried it and I didn’t like the taste of it (tasted like medicine) I politely asked the cashier if there was any way to change it for the same price. Which in restaurants that’s totally normal for a customer to not like something and want to order something to their liking . They straight up told me no because it’s a “waste” which is so wrong bc that was my lunch and I ALREADY PAID. so why wouldn’t they just give me a new smoothie for the same price ? My guess is bc they are no doing too well and are cheap and don’t want to accommodate their own customers. Never going to this place again. Especially for the prices for just 1 smoothie…
