This happened on December 31, 2025, around 10:30–10:40 AM, inside the store (not drive-thru). I don’t remember the cashier’s name, but I’m including the date/time so management can identify the interaction.
I ordered a Venti Iced Matcha Latte with almondmilk, add 3 pumps sugar-free vanilla, and no liquid cane sugar / no classic. I’ve ordered this exact drink at this location recently without issue.
The cashier repeatedly told me the sugar-free vanilla “has syrup in it,” and the interaction felt unnecessarily tense. Rather than clarifying what was possible or suggesting an alternative, the tone came across as dismissive and condescending, including repeatedly saying she “couldn’t hear me” in a demanding way.
Because of how the interaction was handled, I ended up ordering a different drink than I wanted and have received before.
I’m leaving this review because I’d appreciate more respectful communication and basic help confirming what can be made. If there’s a specific way you prefer customers order this drink, I’d appreciate that guidance as well.

I went through the drive through and asked for matcha iced latte and whoever was working didn’t even whisk my matcha correctly I had clumps of matcha in my drink. Also the girl through the mic was acting ao rude and giving attitude for what.

Worst Customer Service I have ever seen. The lady at the window had a super bad attitude. Came around 6:30 to get a gift card and a young blonde girl didn’t even give me a sleeve for the card. When I question her about it, she told me that she could give me back my money with a super bad attitude.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever we were in line and my son wanted a chocolate croissant. They told me they didn’t have any chocolate croissants, but the girl that was in line behind me who apparently is a regular they already took the last croissant that they had and gave it to her, even though I was in a line ahead of her and my six-year-old son really wanted it!! absolutely disrespectful and disgraceful, and they are completely rude and do not have any respect for people.

Hey there! I wanted to tell you that I recently placed an order for a drink, however, due to an error in the app, I requested it at the wrong location that was actually further from where I was. Despite this, the staff at this branch was extremely kind in preparing my drink at their location and without charging me any additional costs for my mistake. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service they provided. I will definitely continue to visit this place!
