Hey there! I wanted to tell you that I recently placed an order for a drink, however, due to an error in the app, I requested it at the wrong location that was actually further from where I was. Despite this, the staff at this branch was extremely kind in preparing my drink at their location and without charging me any additional costs for my mistake. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service they provided. I will definitely continue to visit this place!

I recently ordered the pink drink . I specifically requested light ice, but my drink had the standard amount, which wasn’t what I asked for. Which sometimes changes the price, but I still received the regular portion despite paying the adjusted cost.

I ordered several times on this store but lately the experience has been terrible, the costumer service is awful and nobody pay attention when you ask for something, also the lack of supplies is very inconvenient, and today I ordered a tall coffee and I received almost the half of coffee for that size.

Great place to meet people a great coffee is exceptional the barristers the people who work behind the counters always friendly they greet you at the door by your name which is very very uncommon these days and very well appreciate it actually they get to know you exceptionally well and I appreciate your patronage as I appreciate the quality of the coffee and the quality of the big Fresh Goods I love it it's my number one favorite coffee place over Dunkin and even the other coffee places I won't mention I highly recommend Starbucks is the number one place to go for a cafe internet Cafe....!Elliot A.
