This Starbucks location is a ‘hit or miss’ with customer service and correct food/beverage orders. Although I live close and frequented this location, I stopped going here almost a year ago because I doubt the owner has made positive changes by terminating employees who have no business working there. Albeit mornings were normally filled with very friendly and efficient staff (no drama); Night shifts were a different story. So depending on which night shift was working, you didn’t know what to expect in the drive thru; I dreaded nights when an awful drive thru employee with black hair and glasses (resembling the Ugly Betty actress) and her sidekick barista male with curly brown hair who messed up numerous orders, were working. Both employees lacked customer service skills and worked at this location for too long without training, and in need of an attitude makeover; They played around too much making fun of or complaining about customers in front of other customers- never smiled or greeted anyone- handed drinks out drive thru window while deliberately looking away and talking amongst each other. Zero management. The last time I visited this location was when I had enough and never returned; The black-haired girl with glasses deliberately did not respond on the intercom for 4-minutes on a slow night. I thought they closed early until I drove up to the window and saw her waiting for me to stop.
I proceeded to order when she abruptly cut me off to say I must drive back around the building and order at the intercom. By the way, there were no cars behind me and she had nothing else to do. I told her I waited four minutes, honked the horn, waited but she never responded. Then the curly haired male (her buddy) lectured me on how I frequent this location and should know by now that ordering is done at the intercom. They were obviously playing around. Luckily there are other Starbucks with drive thru a few miles north although I preferred this convenient location. As a paying customer, I will not tolerate being served by employees who bully customers.

I was blown away by the customer service I received at this location as soon as I walked through those two doors pictured above - it stopped me right in my tracks. My drink was brought to me promptly with a smile, and I was even offered a cold water. Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations... I will be coming back.

I've been a regular customer at this Starbucks for quite some time, but my recent experiences have been disappointing to say the least. The store's management, particularly Yessinia, is abysmal. Yessinia appears to be completely out of her depth, leading her team with a lack of competence and professionalism. Every visit is marred by the chaotic atmosphere she seems to foster, leaving the staff visibly stressed and the service subpar.
During my last visit, I had an interaction with a worker named Dabby that left a particularly sour taste in my mouth. When I attempted to pay with coins, Dabby outright refused to count them, passing the task onto another employee. Her condescending attitude towards her coworkers is shocking and unacceptable, and I'm bewildered as to why she remains employed here. It is clear that her demeanor not only affects customers but also creates a hostile work environment for her colleagues.
Overall, the management and staff at this location need serious improvement. Until then, I would recommend visiting another Starbucks where you can enjoy your coffee without the added frustration.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Starbucks my entire life, frequently visiting the location down the street from my home. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with an employee named Daby have completely turned me off from this Starbucks. Not only is Daby rude to me, but to my family members and friends I’d go here with. Daby’s consistently rude and unprofessional behavior has made each visit increasingly unpleasant. I even notice her condescending attitude towards other employees. Despite my long history with this store, I’ve decided to stop coming altogether because of Daby. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such a decline in customer service at a place I once loved.

I come to this Starbucks often since it’s on my way to work and I’ve never had a bad experience. But today when I went I asked the barista “hi can I have a venti mango dragon fruit lemonade?” And she responded saying that they don’t have mango today so I was like “oh then can I have it without the mango and just everything else?” She responded with the rudest condescending tone saying this “sweetie, if we don’t have the mango how will we make the drink? You’ll just be drinking lemonade.” And proceeded to laugh through the speaker. I don’t know the name of the barista but I’ve seen her before at the window rolling her eyes at other customers when they are making their orders and being insanely rude. I’m not saying you have be the nicest person ever but you don’t have to act like you’re the queen of Starbucks and that if someone has a question you could answer like a normal person and be helpful. Like I said I don’t know her name but I went today at around 1:40 pm so I hope that the manager realizes this behavior shouldn’t be tolerated and doesnt allow it anymore. Not going here again.

I used to visit this starbucks frequently and I loved the energy in there and the joy that all the employees used to have but it seems like once a new manager got hired everything changed.. It seems like the workers are treated like less than and are spoken to in a condescending matter. I asked what the manager’s name is and it is Yessenia. honestly, after she got hired, the location has just gone downhill

Just picked up a frap from drive thru and they missef a bunch of ingredients. Taste like water. Bought 2 grilled cheese and attempted to add 1 more at window amd kid told me to pick up inside. Thankfully he had an extra one and was able to get 3, just to find out it was an old one, almost broke my tooth. I wish I can go back for a refund but i was on my way to get my son from school. No time!
