Generally not a terrible experience, but baristas at this location are always more ornery than Starbucks baristas at other locations. They don't create a welcoming atmosphere. For example, as I sit in the store writing this review, they're placing all of the chairs on top of the tables 2 full hours before they close at 8:30 PM. The staff is more worried about going home right at the official closing time instead of providing good customer service two full hours prior...
I was blown away by the customer service I received at this location as soon as I walked through those two doors pictured above - it stopped me right in my tracks. My drink was brought to me promptly with a smile, and I was even offered a cold water. Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations... I will be coming back.
Tiny, tiny, tiny location, functions primarily as a drive through, but the shop inside is cozy. Limited cup selection, if you are into looking at and buying cups to your Starbucks collection. The staff is fun and friendly.
