The pizza is surprisingly good.
Food tasted good. I had the roasted brie appetizer, the broccoli cheese soup, and the torta Santiago. All of it was delicious. The service was great. But had an upset stomach (trying not to be graphic) immediately after eating. Will not be going back.
This place is a serious hidden gem because Flanigan's is overtaking the plaza . We walked in and walked out of Flanigan's on a Sunday afternoon with music being overbearing and was told it was a 35-45 min wait. Walked up the street to the Cheese Course and got seats in less than one minute with cold drinks. There was a good selection of beers, wines, wide selection of delicious food and wonderful desserts. Valerie was incredible and made sure everything was perfect. The music and atmosphere was great. We will be back soon!! Thank you Cheese Course but please bring back samples of cheeses and wines back when we arrive again in June.
Great place to relax. Prices are good.
My husband and I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened up. In the last few years, I have been very impressed with Valerie. She is not management, although I think she should be. Valerie runs this place as if it was her own. She is meticulous, very caring, efficient, attentive, understanding and courteous. The Cheese Course is so lucky to have her. My husband and I love the food and the ambiance. We live in the neighborhood. You could do a lot better with the decorating, but overall we enjoy coming here.
As the first time and now as a regular customer at The 🧀 Cheese Course .... It is simply such a delight to open the door and step into this restaurant and feel that you just left the crazy world behind and you stepped into a new country an Italian Spaniard village of such kind greatness ....you could just feel the atmosphere so different than any other restaurant you walk into.
The food is beyond exquisite that your tastebuds will always be devouring such texture of food and such freshness you could see and taste such quality of pure ingredients and everything is just beyond imported from another country. Beyond delicious and you have to come and try it.... Everyone as the staff is just so delightful and so pleasant to talk to even the cooks /chefs are incredible people.... Everyone is there to provide you the best service and they treat you like a true person not just another customer walking in. Thank You so much for that💕💯🙏🏻💐
There's so many things to say about how amazing this restaurant is that all greatness to this place it won't fit in just the one review but I must say thank you so much from the bottom top right left middle of my heart of how happy to find a place that I could just sit relax and enjoy.... So perfect.

For the past four or five years this has been our “go-to” for our weekly lunch. Even during COVID, once the Cheese Course reopened, with outside tables and fans under the covered walkway, we enjoyed our lunch. The food is always delicious, the service is impeccable, and the servers and manager are welcoming. Actually they are like family!
Kid-friendliness: We see generations of family enjoying their meals.

This was my first time here. I went for a birthday celebration. Very busy shopping center but plenty of parking, and you may have to park at a distance and walk. Construction is going on at the moment.
The entrance was confusing with construction. We were greeted and seated right away. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with big windows that look out to the outside. We had the perfect seating for all of us at a nice big heavy wooden table. My only complain was the chairs were so uncomfortable.
This place is mostly a sandwich, soup and salad style restaurant. I ordered the chicken salad croissant sandwich and it was served on a cutting board. The croissant was buttery, soft and flaky very perfect. I ordered unsweet tea and it was very good. Our server was very friendly and accommodated all of us very smoothly.
Great lunch experience.

We ordered a Caesar salad and a meat platter. 80% of the food was bread. I wouldn't go back

I just received the food that I requested by Doors Dash, everything was good on taste but the squash soup was too small for the price

Used to love this place, but has gone down in quality . I used to work by the cheese course before pandemic and always would get the Black Forest ham sandwich. Last two times I’ve been there the sandwich was horrible. Could only taste the jam and nothing else. The bread seems to be smaller/ thinner. Way too overpriced for what they give. Disappointing, seems like they only care about the money now not quality! Do NOT spend your money here

The Cheese Course has sadly fallen from grace due to inexperienced management. The lack of backbone and professionalism from the manager has led to a decline in service, food quality, and overall ambiance. Tables are dirty, orders are mixed up, and complaints are ignored. The once flavorful dishes now lack freshness and creativity. It's evident that corners are being cut. Without swift changes, I can no longer recommend The Cheese Course to others. If management doesn’t address these issues they will continue to lose customers coming for years…
Cozy atmosphere, good service and exquisite cheeses, in addition to wines.

The Cheese Course: A Journey Through Artisanal Cheese Delights. This European-style bistro and cheese market is a delightful homage to the art of cheese craftsmanship, and it takes you on a global journey through artisanal and handcrafted cheeses. What sets The Cheese Course apart is its dedication to sourcing the finest cheeses from dairy farms across the world. From the creamy allure of French Brie to the bold complexity of Italian Gorgonzola, each cheese on their extensive menu is a testament to tradition, quality, and flavor. The attention to detail in curating these offerings is truly commendable, making each visit an opportunity to savor the world's cheese heritage. The atmosphere is equally charming, offering an intimate and welcoming ambiance. It's an ideal spot for a romantic date night or a gathering of friends and family. However, it's worth noting that while the seats exude a rustic charm, they could benefit from a bit more cushioning to comfortably accommodate diners of all body sizes. In summary, The Cheese Course is a cheese lover's paradise, a place where you can explore the world's cheese heritage bite by delectable bite. Their commitment to tradition and craftsmanship shines through, and I look forward to my next journey through their cheese offerings.
