But a croissant with ham and cheese and you heat it in a terrible microwave is watery and tasteless.

Very bad service, especially a young lady who, luckily, is the one who always helps me with the food. I have no problems, everything I have bought so far I like it.

Deserts. All of then have excessive sugar. I bought 3 deserts. Only the bread pudding was more or less fresh.
The attendants will benefit from smiling a bit. Plenty of parking at the store in US1 and 168 st.

Old food in the counter, and when you ask or claim they treat you with bad attitude, I was a regular customer, never again

I ordered a Capuchino Cake for an event, but it's not the traditional cappuccino cake. The bottom layer of the cake is just plain white cake. I've been a loyal customer at Vicky's for over three decades, so I know what a true Cappuccino Cake should be. All layers should've been Cuban Capuchino. The quality has significantly declined. Never eat in this place, terrible service, bad food, old and disgusting, I bought a Neapolitan panetela and it was old, the panetela was hard as a rock, with a bad taste, I'm more than sure it had been on the counter for days and it's a mistake It is a matter of respect that they sell these spoiled foods, it is illegal and disgusting, and if you have children, never give them that food because it can poison them. If you ever buy any food in that place, try it first so that my mistake of waiting to get home and try it and realizing that that panetela was horrible doesn't happen to you. I never visit any of their establishments again and I hope they don't poison anyone. with their old, disgusting and unpleasant food

The service is excellent. Very tidy and organized. The staff will worry about you and will answer any doubt. The food is pretty good, according to their prices. I recommend this CAO bakery

Picked up a supposed Tira misu cake. It was extremely dry and had no taste. Quite awful!

Always a great stop for a shot of coffee or quick bite. Staff is usually nice and food on par with other more popular and crowded cuban cafes. You can't go wrong stopping in to get your fix.
