This is one of my favorite places for pan con bistec. Also the pastries are delicious and the staff are nice and friendly.

Dreadful. 10 mins to get 2 cortaditos and a brick hard cookie. Asked to change cookie and was told they're all the same ( so basically all your cookies are shitty and stale, good to know). . mind you it's empty and this should have taken 3 mins on the long side.. instead the cashier disappeared into kitchen and didn't return for several mins and then she took way too long to prep the coffee

To owners (as they respond to all negative reviews): spare me your lies. All your recent reviews are negative and you clearly haven't bothered to address your culture.

A trip yo Miami isn't complete without getting cuban pastries and cafe con leche😋😋😋 This place is always 👌🏾

Very friendly staff and delicious choices. CAO is carrying on the same high standards that it did under the Vicky Bakery moniker.

But a croissant with ham and cheese and you heat it in a terrible microwave is watery and tasteless.

Very bad service, especially a young lady who, luckily, is the one who always helps me with the food. I have no problems, everything I have bought so far I like it.

Deserts. All of then have excessive sugar. I bought 3 deserts. Only the bread pudding was more or less fresh.
The attendants will benefit from smiling a bit. Plenty of parking at the store in US1 and 168 st.

I have been to another CAO location for breakfast and I liked it, so I decided this second time to have a Cuban Frita for lunch. I was disappointed, as I got a burger. A Cuban Frita patty is made with grounded chorizo and meat, and this one was just meat. I would not say I will not return to CAO, but for sure I will not order a frita again from CAO. On top of that, at other locations serving fritas you get a better product for a better price. This was way overpriced, considering the product is not the real one. Almost $12 for a frita.
