Very comfy atmosphere and friendly owner and staff members. And I forgot to mention first and foremost the food is AMAZING! If you love vietnamese food, this is definitely a must try. If you're a fan of Banh Mi sandwiches, this is definitely a great choice. An acquired taste for some of the viet desserts but all is tasty. You can customize the amount of sweetness you put in the drinks. I wish I can say more but very pleasant experience.
5 starts for it all. The owner was so sweet and my food was so good! Today more than ever we need to support locals. Make sure you come by and get one thing from them at least. Love this place!

The Bun Bo Hue was delicious and had lots of umami. Number 10 was not too sweet and was so refreshing. The honeydew shaved ice was nice and fresh. The service was amazing and the workers were very accommodating to our needs. The place is very cute. The tables are very clean and the bathroom was spotless. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want good Asian food or crave something sweet!
