A true unexpected find. Do yourself a favor and order the Pho Tho Da with oxtail. It’s incredible! I’ve tried a lot of pho spots, and this one is easily my favorite. The broth is rich, the meat is tender, and the service is excellent. Don’t forget to get their dessert too, it is the perfect finish to the meal. I already can’t wait to go back.

I got the com tam thit nuong sadly they didn’t have the bi cha but I wanted an egg but the egg was an extra charge for $3. It was a bit pricey but not too bad to the point I wouldn’t come again. The atmosphere is relaxing and quite not a lot of people around the time I went. Service was good and cleanliness was good as well.

The bò nhúng dấm was ok. Beef was not fresh, except sauce was good. I was shocked when the order of clams came out. It only has little 4 clams costs $13 and they were over cooked. Hột vịt lộn xào me was bad.

I understand food costs, but in this case, it felt excessive. The main noodle bowls, on the other hand, were reasonably priced and quite tasty. While I enjoyed the meal, it’s not a place I’d go out of my way to visit again. A slight price adjustment—just $2–$3 off some of the smaller dishes—would make a big difference and bring better value to the experience.

The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the service was quick even during peak hours. I am from out of town, every time visit Tampa Bay, I would stop by Ben Thanh Restaurant with friends to support them. Today a server (boy)cursed at us for asking politely for a bigger table. I believe he is the related to the owner of the restaurant. Good Luck to your business!
