Creative options, not a lot of novel GF options, so I didn't get anything. My husband liked the mint cookie.

LOVE Bright Ice. Their ice cream is the best and I love their seasonal flavors. Plus get any of their bars - delicious. You can also take their ice cream in a pint home.

First time, wow! Have a new go-to for ice cream. Had the key lime. It was as good as the best pie I've had. The wife had blueberry cinnamon, which is now her new favorite.

We have been coming here since you opened. We went to your location in pinellas park last week and you were all out of the flavors that we like and then again today and still out of flavors. They told us that you brought your inventory of ice cream to your location in Lakeland for your grand opening. I am very unhappy with this being that it is the second visit and still no ice cream.

Stopped by randomly and it didn't disappoint! Super sweet treat! I had the marshmallow caramel cookie and it was good!! After a long beach day it's so amazing.

Driving from the beach, we were looking for ice cream on the way home and this shop popped up. 10/10!! My husband said best ice cream he’s ever had. He had a scoop of chocolate peanut butter chip as well as marshmallow cookies and Carmel. I had a scoop of espresso with Kahlua as well as caramelized banana with honey and peanut butter. Amazing. Now on our way home with a sugar coma!

Service is sooooooo slow. But the ice creams are great. But if there is a line and you don't have time, don't bother.

I’m sorry, but I cannot leave a good review this time. This is our second visit to Bright Ice; the first time was at the location on 5th Ave. The ice cream was great—not too sweet—and it really tasted good. The place was nice, and we had a good time. Keeping the bathrooms clean would definitely earn them some extra points.

Today, we decided to try the one in Pinellas, but our experience was not good at all. There was a strange smell, the place looked very dirty, and the bathroom was awful. Additionally, the chocolate ice cream was extremely soft and didn't taste good. It’s surprising because this location has a lot of good reviews, but for us, it was a no-go. We’ll give the one on 5th Ave another try in the near future because, at the end, the ice cream is good.

This was such a lovely experience. We stopped to treat ourselves after a required activity for a course. It turned into a 4-hrs chillaxation with the most enjoyable ice cream I have had in a long time. Good quality, great value, large portion, good space indoors or outdoors for family, friends and/or colleagues. The server was brilliant.
