National burger day was something they clearly weren’t prepared for. Got my order wrong twice. First time was excusable cause the manager made it right however once I got home & opened my Triple whopper… they forgot my bacon like they forgot my bacon on my first burger that I had fixed… I even watched the counter girl spilt my fries on the floor when I went to originally pick up my order… we made eye contact she picked up my bag & proceeded to eventually still hand me only half the fries I ordered to make it look like she fixed it.. omega feel bad experience.

Guy preparing sandwiches had pants hanging off his behind, while making sandwiches he pulled up his pants and then without changing gloves grabbed the bread and began fixing our sandwiches. I called this to rhen supervisor's attention and she made us new sandwiches. Should have a dress code

I live near this Burger King and it's usually pretty good but lately I think they're understaffed or the staff just doesn't care it just seemed to ignore people I stood there and waited almost 15 minutes for my food and then they still didn't get it right it was finally made right for my satisfaction but and I'm not picky at all but I just their attitude was bad maybe I blame the management I think the management needs to do a better job at writing our staff

I decided to come here for lunch & I'm very pleased that I did. My food came out fast & fresh. As well as it was made correctly, the gentleman behind the counter whose name was Allen was beyond helpful, his customer service skills are amazing! He went above & beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. He definitely needs a raise or at least some recognition from higher-ups. It is because of him that I will be back here tomorrow for my lunch. Thank you Allen don't change & keep up the great work, your awesome ?
