One does not visit this Pinellas Park establishment for a five-star hotel ambiance; one visits for the unpretentious mastery of the Vietnamese kitchen. It is a humble, family-run 'hidden gem' that prioritizes authentic flavors over modern aesthetics.
Despite the recent viral attention regarding its name, the true focus remains the kitchen's dedication to traditional recipes. It falls just short of five stars only because I occasionally miss the white-glove service of a high-end bistro—but for an authentic, soul-warming meal, it is an elite choice. A job well done.

Really great, small family owned restaurant. Everyone there is so friendly and the cooks back there are the family's grandma and grandpa.
Portion sizes are huge and won't leave you feeling hungry.
If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food, give this place a try.

Turns out… the food is actually insane.

I got the Pho Bowl and it was a straight 10/10. Broth was flavorful, noodles were perfect, and everything tasted fresh. Like no joke, I was sitting there thinking “damn… this is actually one of the best pho bowls I’ve had.”

The vibe inside was cool—nothing crazy fancy, but chill and clean.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Check out bich nga foreal tho.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Vietnamese restaurant today.

When I first arrived, a female server greeted me and she was warm, attentive, and professional. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill afterward. When she was busy, I politely waved to a male server standing nearby because I wanted to pack the noodles I couldn’t finish and also order another identical one to go.

His attitude was extremely unpleasant. He looked at me with obvious impatience and discomfort, seemed unwilling to help, and did not even come over properly. Instead, he took a couple of steps, gestured from a distance, and expected me to state my request. When I asked him for a takeout container, he walked away without bringing anything. I waited over ten minutes, and in the end, the same female server had to come and help me.

If someone does not want to work in the service industry, they should consider another job rather than treating customers with hostility and attitude. After reading other Google reviews, it seems this restaurant does not care much about customer experience. The arrogance and rudeness are disappointing.

The female server was the only positive part of my visit. Sadly, because of the male server’s behavior, I would not recommend this place.

Absolutely awesome all around! Our server was super helpful and patient with us explaining what everything was since it was our first time and the menu is gigantic. Had the best pho I've ever had - and the portion was HUGE. Great value as I'll be eating this for another few meals. Will definitely be back!

Went in with 4 people and we all ordered the same thing.. Food took 45+ minutes to arrive and was barely warm. We paid more than average and there are other Vietnamese places less than 5 minutes from here that charge way less for better food.

First of, the childish server looked us up and down like we were something horrid. This gave us a bad feeling, but we still ate our food. We ordered cơm thịt nướng bì chả. We told him bì chả only, meaning we didn’t want the special. We even added that it was number 21 on the menu before hand so he doesn’t get confused. We told him it’s wrong when it came with cơm bì chả and no thịt. Instead of understanding his mistake on his interpretation and even if we were wrong. He didn’t need to argue and be difficulty rude with us. He started yelling and he aggressively took the plates of food and took them back. When our actual food came out, he gave them to his mother because he was immature and couldn’t face us again knowing he was incorrect. Later at the bill, he added gratuity onto our bill. We had only 4 people. It never had signs stating that they added gratuity to tables with 4 or more people. First of all, there were NO signs stating that they add gratuity. He added 18% onto my $54.57 bill and added $9.83 making my total $64.40. Also, at most restaurants you only add gratuity when it’s 6 or over and there’s no sign so you can’t do that according to the law. In my opinion, he’s worth $0 if he keeps this behavior up. There is also a random homeless lady in the back and the front door is shut like the hood. The food is alright, not the best but definitely not terrible and restaurants down the street are definitely more delicious.

Everything was delicious! It was my first time and the server answered all my questions without making me feel naive. The portions are HUGE, I could have split my soup with 2 others. The Lemonade was super concentrated but very tasty. Will definitely be back!
