Sorry, not sorry. The drive through person was as rude as could be. "I'm waiting on you" and lack of patience was ridiculous. This is how you kill a business. Rude employees at the drive through are the first opportunity to NOT sell a ton of food!

Customer service is dead at this establishment! It's a joke. Also, the shake and / or other various drink machines are apparently broken beyond repair. Have been for years, and the workers just pronounce through speaker "the shake machine is broke." No apologies. If they are that unhappy, what kind of food quality are you eating? I kept giving them a second, third, and fourth chance only because my son likes the food and banana shakes, but we are done. Never going back.

Every time I come to this location it's always something either there credit card machine is down and they cash only or they don't have a certain item like fries. My last experience was they needed to shut down the whole operation for a half an hour so an employee could change the oil. I'm surprised this place is still in

Absolutely horrible service! Have given them several chances and everytime we go they are rude and never get the order correct! I would never recommend this particular location!! Manager is very rude and will see you at the window and ignore you. Went once at 11:30 and waited while 2 employees were chatting inside just to be told they don't open until 12pm. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE LOCATION!

My husband and I was there today 1/27/2024 and the woman whom served us was great and amazing. But she was running the place alone. No other employees there. She did an amazing job cooking,preping and serving everyone there. Shame no one stepped up to work with her today.

Pull into the drive thru and patiently wait to be greeted not to say anything to upset the workers so they don’t spit in my food. After waiting over 5 minutes to be greeted they take my order I wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my order and I’m the only person I. The drive thru and at the front walk up area. Completely ridiculous that I had to wait this long for fast food it’s getting to the point it’s quicker to go out and have a sit down meal in the time it takes to get your food and the price. Also it would probably speed things up if the fry guy was doing something to help instead of standing there doing nothing while he watched other workers slowly make the food
