My Go To! With Diabetes, finding somewhere to eat for lunch was always difficult until I found chipotle. 3 to 4 times a week like clockwork. Always clean and nice people at every location

This place is seriously dirty. The sitting area is disgusting. The owner can spend some money on a new floor or at least have the place clean. Service is Ok. Staff are friendly

I went in and stood in line, the young lady that seemed to be the manager on line( young black lady with braids) very angry person, just throwing my bowls around. Messed up the 2 bowls with wrong rice and when I said something, she threw the bowls and then yelled “ JUST SO EVERYBODY KNOWS NO CHICKEN FOR 10 min) I felt like the girl was literally ready to fight me!! Are you serious??) someone needs to lose their job here. The way she spoke to my 13 yr old daughter. I have never had such a horrible experience anywhere!!

My son took me there for my first time on Wednesday around 8:30 and they said they were out of steak but were
cooking some so we said we would wait. My son paid for both and then they said they were still out and gave me the bottom of the pan and it was so tough when I got it home I couldn't eat it. Everything else was delicious so the next night I went back to get a veggie one and told him about the meat and they just said we're sorry to hear that and went on to finish my order. I got my guacamole on the side and when I went up there they told me it was $15.46 and I said well I only got a veggie one and he said well you got guacamole on the side and I did not know the queso was extra. When I got home I found out that the guacamole should have been free on a veggie bowl.

The food is standard for the franchise. The presentation of the food is sloppy. This location cannot stay clean after the lunch rush.

So I've been coming here for a while. The food is good but recently I took my cousin so he could try it for the first-time, I am very disappointed because i went at like 7:20pm (around then) on a Saturday, the wait wasn't too long but the lady who "wrapped" the burrito literally only fit it into the foil but left the burrito fully open. It was LITERALLY falling apart so messy , he would've had an easier time eating with a spoon with how messy and unwrapped it was, other than that the staff are pleasant food is good. I think she was new tho. This was my ONLY problem, i love this chipotle!!

As a person who eats a Chipotle 5 days a week at different locations I will say that the online complaint of skimpy portion sizes is 100% true.. at this location if you go in and order you may get a proper portion size.. if you order online you can guarantee that you will get half the size and most of it will be rice. I'm not sure how long it's going to take for people to complain before they change by using a spoon to an actual cup with the proper portion size. There is a solution that someone hasn't figured out yet. Don't ever order online if you have an appetite

Would not recommend. Store was filthy, trash out front was overflowing, over half of the soda machine was out of order. Waited fifteen minutes over the quoted time that my order was supposed to be finished. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if they were busy but the store was empty and there were 5 employees standing up front just standing around talking to each other. Food was sloppy and hard. Do yourself a favor and keep going down the road to the next closest location.
