Whenever I visit this chipotle the staff and manager are alway great. My online order is alway ready and correct?

Half the time I come here they’re out of basics like rice and veggies and tortillas. But the worst part is the lady who takes my order. She’s always negative and rude. You can tell she hates her job. And she’s rude to my son too. He’s only a baby. Some of the other staff are nice but they mostly act robotic and that one lady who does register should really be in the back cooking away from people. I specifically avoid this location out of not wanting to see her.

Although I have been disappointed overall with Chipotle for quite some time. When at proper temperature and reasonable portions according to price are achieved great! however quality, price have declined for at least 2 years. Nevertheless after countless cold small portion meals delivered I finally needed to voice my displeasure known. customer service listened apologized and offered free entree. Went to redeem when on line in store could not find in App a woman who said she was a manager although she was working in back with food was dismissive and said call corporate? After a period of time I decided I will just pay at register I voiced my disappointment for free entree to cashier ELIJAH who apologized he simply asked for my APP went to tab saying SCAN and found the offer I redeem the entree thanking him and wanted to make sure he was recognized for his excellent service in representing your establishment unfortunately I can not say the same for the so called self appointed manager who was clueless I could pay but what about someone who had limited funds and needed that free $15.00 meal

They were very helpful with my order and I have some mobility issues and one of the people took my meal to the table and my drink to the drink station so I could get my drink and move easily to the table.

Rude server. Shaking her head at customer when I said I’d misspoken about black v pinto beans. At least one of their employees needs some serious re-training. I should have talked to the manager.

genuinely the worst chipotle in the area. the staff isn’t the nicest and makes everything very sloppy. the lettuce is never fresh and is always wilted, sour, and going bad. i also came in two hours before close one night and they were out of chips and lettuce. ive had some good meals from here but its rarely ever fresh so i will now go out of the way to a further chipotle.
