The service at the 3700 Park Blvd location is awful. There are 3 workers at prime lunch-time. I waited 9 minutes at the counter before anyone asked if they could help me. Which once someone finally did ask to help me - he was aggravated and rude. Sorry for breathing sir, much less eating at your restaurant. I hope all locations are not as ignorant as this one.

I had the pleasure of spending time with a dear friend of mine recently, and as always, the atmosphere was delightful. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. The lady who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a wonderful dining experience.

Food is fine, atmosphere is standard for a chipotle, but service is slow on any given day. Today I went around 1130 and the staff were still setting up the food line and doing prep work that should be done well before opening not 45mins after

If I could give a zero stars to this location I would there has been many times food has been undercooked. However tonight was the night that broke the camels back Enrique or Jesus he wouldent tell me his name after he joked around when they were out of all rice and veggies with over an hour left till they closed this was at 9:45pm 04/05/24 they close at 11 btw. He said you can go Chick-fil-A in a rude tone to me and other customers in line. I go to chipotle at least 3 times a week and am a loyal customer I’ve had nothing but problems with this location and now the employees being unprofessional and rude was just too much. Everyone I know including my survey at BJs said they are the worst chipotle. Always going to just hit 4th street locations instead damn shame on them for having horrible food and customer service.

This chipotle location has turned into an absolute mess. What used to be a favorite stop for my wife and I had turned into absolute chaos. The food prep tables behind the counter are always absolutely filthy and covered in multiple food items with huge potential for cross contamination, the restaurant is consistently out of multiple items daily we stopped in about 10 minutes ago and they were out of salsa, corn salsa, hot salsa, green salsa, Shredded cheese, Guacamole, lettuce and the list goes on. This store has been opened long enough to have a good understanding of what needs to be ordered on a weekly basis to keep food items in stock and available. The woman in line in front of us asked if they were really out of cheese to which the employee behind the counter rudely responded by saying you can always go to Chili's or BJs which happen to be in the same mall area as this chipotle. What a terrible experience the last 4-5 times we have visited. It's really sad to see what this location has turned into and we hope the owner and managers get things figured out so we can continue to visit. As it stands now we won't be enjoying this location any longer.

The place is dirty. The emloyees are super stressed and are unhappy. Bad day probably. They serve wth no cheese, no corn, so veggies, no sauces.... what is this? The world famous... Chipotle Chain? 7 employees and yet bad service. I got a plastic wrapper in my burrito. This franchise owner needs some recheck. The manager needs a change. The tables aren't clean, the trash cans are overflowing. Please try another place. Food inspection project.
I’m not one to write reviews but I’m pretty disappointed. We prefer this location over a closer location but this visit was terrible. They waited until the very end once the rice and meat was prepared to say that they were out of veggies, corn, cheese and chips! And then once I paid I seen that one of the employees was putting cheese on top of a bowl. When questioned they said that the cheese is for on line orders only since they were almost out. Chipotle without certain toppings is like a cheeseburger without the cheese. The only reason I didn’t just leave it and walk out was because I don’t waste food! At least make a sign or advise the customer that you’re out of certain items before ordering!
