We have been getting cheese steaks here for the last few months. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a week.
Lately, they have been getting slower and slower with wait time. 2nd time we called ahead and ordered as we always do and yet we gave them added time and they weren't ready. Today we opted to not get our sandwiches because they had not been started when we arrived for pick up. The food is good and we will be back but wait times need to adjust.

With new ownership comes change, stopped in to pick up a couple of cheese steaks. First off, the decor change totally ruined the charm of the place. They are not even close to the quality they used to be, they are NOT the best philly in town anymore. Bland at best. I used to love the food, not anymore. Good job ruining the place new owner, adios, won't be back

Went with a Philly cheese steak with sweet peppers and banana peppers. Oh was it delicious and the hoagie bread melted in my mouth. Definitely coming back and will even have delivered.

Not like they where 10.00 per sandwich and you have to tip not what you want a set tip%so two sandwiches 20.00 and the demanded tip at check out 10.00 so 30 dollars for two lacking sandwiches disgrace full

Oh my goodness, it’s been years since the last time me and the family had a Philly cheese steak from Colonial Corner Hoagie shop, and we just ordered Philly Cheesesteaks and it taste so delicious like it tasted years ago. It’s Definitely the best Philly cheesesteaks around. We will definitely be back!

The two guys running the show were very nice. Gave us a quick history of the business. Then whipped up a couple of very good Philly's.

Best Philly I’ve ever had and the staff were super friendly! Only complaint they can definitely put less salt on their French fries, they were hot and fresh but too much salt so much so I couldn’t eat them.
