I wouldn’t agree but Cheesesteak was pretty good, seasoned well and owner said the bread is their own recipe which was soft. Cons: it was small for the price but satisfying, steak is chopped up, i prefer it not be and no cheese whiz option. Overall i rate 7.8. Side note: there was no trash can available but owners caddy eldorado is fire ?Parking: Small parking lot but can park on street.

Ordered the Tuna salad... I don't eat meat.. Half the salad that is supposed to be Tuna is died ham!! AND pepperoni .. Wish I had checked it before I left the store. I drove all the way there for pickup... Wouldn't that a tuna salad would be Packed with meat ! Placed the order online..

I have been frequenting the Colonial Corner for decades for the occasional "Authentic" and DEE-Licious Philly Cheese-Steak Sammy. My only regret is forgetting how good they really are and not stopping in for one for an extended period... Their loaded Philly Cheesesteak is served steaming hot right off the griddle and chocked full of chopped Ribeye, peppers, onions and cheese on a hoagie roll. My favorite addition is the Hot Peppers! Don't forget to add an order of Fries, one order is large enough for two peeps. The diner hasn't changed hardly a bit in my 35 years of visiting and still has a quaint and welcoming feel when dining in! After ordering you can grab your own drink and bag of chips if you like, paying before you leave. Service is fast & friendly, food is hot and delicious and - and very reasonably priced. IMO - one of Southern Pinellas County's best Philadelphia Cheesesteak sandwiches, there are others that may rival but theirs has been consistently delicious for my 35 years of occasional visiting! A small diner located at 72nd Ave & 49th streets NE corner with ample parking and outdoor restrooms, - I love my visits always saying just after finishing, "I just don't get here often enough!".

You can always see the family working together as one unit like a great team.Parking: At lunch is hard to get parking spotsKid-friendliness: Very friendly staff always willing to help. We just tried it today for the first time and WOW! It was absolutely the best and closest cheese steak I have had here in FL! We will absolutely be back Not only was the food outstanding but the staff was amazing as well!:I can't wait to comeback and try other stuff,!!! ?

We try to support local but after this, I won't bother in this area. What happened to the cheese? The onions? The peppers? Mushrooms? Barely a trace that there was cheese. $30 for 3 sandwiches. I don't think so. After having been here for 30 years.
