I placed the order through EZ Cater, and selected Dickey's. I tried calling Dickey's to confirm something, and they answered as WingHouse. They said they are doing the catering orders in their kitchen. The food definitely did not taste the same, the packaging was not Dickey's and the office was very disappointed. The chicken was dry. The pork did not taste like smoked pork. It was very bland. The baked beans were uncooked, the coleslaw was watered down, and the mac & cheese very thin. The only thing thing the office enjoyed was the ribs. Would not recommend this location.

This is the worst food I have ever had. I had better BBQ in the north. Brisket was dry as cardboard, pulled pork looked to come out of a food processor. The sausage was soft and had the mouth feel of vomit. This is shameful and dickey should close their doors or instill some integrity in their kitchen. I honestly can not express how disappointing the food is. I wish I had my $40 back. How can a place like this exist. Close your doors and stop scamming the poor people that unknowingly eat the food.

Food was ice cold when it got to my house. I only live a mile up the road. Honestly some of the coldest driest and unflavored meat. I think I've ever eaten in my life. It look like it have been sitting out for at least 5 hours. There was no seasoning on it. The sides where ice cold and you can tell had been sitting out for a while. I've given this place so many chances and it just keeps getting worse

This was absolutely horrible. The pulled pork looked like it had been chewed up & spit out. The brisket was fat & the sliced chicken looked like the scrapings of the pan. Little did I know that this location is a “ghost kitchen” inside Wing House. I couldn’t even call to make a complaint as the number listed on the website doesn’t work. I had to call Uber Eats to file my complaint.

This is not a real Dickey's it's a wing house. The real Dickey's is in St.Petersburg on Tyrone Blvd. We ate there at the real one and it was really good. Make sure it is the real restaurant before ordering. They also did our office catering.

Love the BBQ. Orders are fresh made. It is an order and pick up at the counter place don't really and service accept how quickly the food is prepared. The staff is normally nice but occasionally can be a bit grumpy but never rude.Buy a drink of size to get the yellow cup and can bring it back each time, and your drink only costs $1.The dining room and bathrooms are clean.I go to to the Dickys on Tyrone often.I wish the free self serve ice cream machine would work. Time to either fix it or remove it. ? will still eat there.

Delish barbecue, had sausage and briskit platter with barbecue baked beans and a Cesar salad. Salad lettuce was not broken up well, scanty dressing, no croutons. The meat and the beans were just great though, most definitely up for a repeat. I'll skip the salad for a more appropriate side next time. Definitely a keeper!

Absolutely horrible. Ordered pick up for my husbands birthday. Got there at the time I was required and they told me it would be over an hour I asked for them to cancel my order as I already paid and then was assured it would only be another 15 min bc they already started. An hour later I finally get my food. Get in my car to see that I have not one side out of 4 orders no bbq sauce no bread nothing. Just 8 containers of meat. When the waitresses tell you as you leave to not order from there you can expect it to be bad I guess. This is absolutely absurd. Worst experience ever.
