Don't get too good to go orders from here. They never have any mochi nuts leftover just their tastless boba drinks. Bleh

Wow… This place needs to be deep cleaned ASAP. Everything on the server’s side of the shop was disgusting. The tray on the sink to dry utensils and cups was RUSTING, trash on the ground, tables unorganized and dirty, gunk on the ground and all over the walls. The young man did not welcome us when we came in and I was surprised that he wasn’t even cleaning. The drinks were good but after noticing all the gunk on the walls and on the ground, I got disgusted. I wanted to try some food but thank God I didn’t because if that’s the mess in the front, I do not want to know how they prepare food in the back where no one can see. If you are visiting the area and want to try something new, this is not the place until they clean it up.

My daughter is a full-blown boba snob, and this is the only place that meets her high standards. We happily drive 40 minutes just to get our fix—it's that good!

Ding tea isn't what it used to be. I used to come here back before it became one with mochinut and after today, i'd probably just stick with sip tea lol. service was horrible, the girl that took our order was really unprofessional, my fiancé was trying to order the Vietnamese iced coffee and she literally told him that she was "too lazy to make it and that it would take about 20 mins." like who says that? do better.

This place used to have my favorite brown sugar milk tea and I would drive 30 minutes just to come here specifically. I haven’t been in a while and I finally got it today but I was really disappointed with the service and the drinks. The service was poor and they must have changed the formula to the brown sugar milk tea or something because they did not even include the brown sugar syrup to the drinks, they tasted super watered down and was honestly really disappointed considered that three drinks were over 20 dollars. I would have also appreciated if the drinks were more clearly announced when they were done, rather than just being placed at the counter. Very unprofessional and I will not be coming here again unfortunately.

Horrible experience nothing was good ! And who puts ice in brown sugar milk tea boba! I’ll never go back! And it’s over priced ! Not to mention the corn dog was super soggy super gross ! I don’t recommend this place at all n it was dirty inside

Went there today to order some viet coffee and the lady working there was asking why I want coffee at 8 pm.. because I want coffee ?

As customer was coming in. She was questioning why people were coming in. It's cold. As if she don't want to he there. Very unprofessional

I used to love this place, it was my go to. I don't know if owners changed or what, but the boba sucks now. Tapioca is over cooked for the past 4 times I went they got rid of my favorite type on top of that, and the quality of the drinks themselves are bad.
Sucks because I used to come here weekly, and i don't think I want to anymore.

They have a good assortment of donut flavors and the hot dog varieties. I ordered the honey milk tea. They use non dairy creamer and you have sweetness level options - which I always appreciate. The service was great- two girls behind the counter. Nice and polite. I tried a half/half original hotdog (first time trying any of them) and it was sooo good! Made fresh to order and the breading was super crispy BUT THIN which was my favorite thing about it. Def will be back to try another one.

Was craving for a mid afternoon boba tea and this spot satisfied our cravings. Located on a small street mall with ample parking, this is a great place to grab you tea and a snack and continue your day with renewed energy. Got the matcha milk tea with 25% sugar (love to have this choice)! It was delicious and refreshing. Was curious to try their Korean corn dogs and donuts that look very appetizing so will be back. Convenient, made on the spot, good service and fast.

Parking: I parked right in front and there were plenty of spaces open

Canh ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong) does a great job on my kumquat lemon boba. I always go when he's there. The Spanish guy (sorry forgot your name) does a great job on the donuts and the hotdogs. They are not greasy and the layer of flour is thin which I like very much! Other places I've had it it's too thick and too greasy. Thank you!!

Would have rated higher as pricing and boba wasn’t bad. Horrible service. They don’t greet you. They just stare at you aimlessly until you initiate the conversation yourself. Might as well jump back there and make my own boba. they also didn’t let us know the drinks were ready. Just placed on the counter. I don’t think a single word was said to us.
