I had a really frustrating experience at this Dunkin’. The employee at the drive-thru window kept rushing us before we could even finish ordering and repeatedly told us to pull forward while we were still trying to make sure the order was correct. When he read the order back, several items were wrong. We tried to politely correct it multiple times, but it felt like he wasn’t really listening.
The situation got so confusing that the manager eventually had to come over to try to sort it out, but even after that the order was still messed up. It shouldn’t take that much effort just to get a simple order right. The whole experience felt rushed and disorganized. I hope the staff can slow down a bit, listen to customers, and double-check orders so this doesn’t keep happening to others.

I should print out all of these bad reviews and show these employees how they really look because I had such high hopes for this store because I live right next to it…at first it was fine, they hired a couple of new girls that were wonderful to me, But then I get an employee that always has an attitude And acts like she doesn’t want to be there, which is understandable but no need to show the customers that.

The worker at the drive thru made a smart comment when I hit the “no tip” option on the card screen. There was no one in the drive thru line but he told me to park and they would bring out my drink. I waited 20 mins for a medium coffee that wasn’t made correctly. And everyone else who was behind me in the drive thru were given their orders while I was still parked.

Shout-out to Cam and the morning crew at Dunkin’ Donuts — these folks are on point. Fast, friendly, and somehow still upbeat before most of the world is fully awake. Orders are right, coffee is hot, and the vibe is always positive. They definitely make the morning rush smoother and better. Keep doing what you do — it shows!

Aaron & Vanna (probably spelled it wrong), made this mornings dunkin run and the start to my day so nice! They both had such uplifting attitudes and we're fun to briefly talk too! Give these two a raise :)

I’m not even rating this place based on the food — this review is 100% about the customer service. The young man who helped me today (around 1:30 PM) was clearly new, still learning the system, and a little slower… but honestly? He was one of the sweetest, most genuine humans I’ve come across in a long time.

He kept apologizing for the delay, but there was absolutely nothing to apologize for. His kindness, patience, and overall attitude were so refreshing. I was already in a good mood, but he made my day even better. If he keeps that same energy, he’s definitely going places.

It’s rare to see customer service like that anymore. I left with a smile because of HIM.
Amazing job — I hope he sees this and knows he did great. 💗☕✨

This Dunkin is extremely hit or miss by a long shot. Manager needs to reset with all new employees. In past visits I have witnessed employees drop stainless kettle in trash cans and pull it right back out and put it to use without cleaning. Bathroom is DISGUSTING, and didn’t have hand soap in the men’s room. (Not sure how the male staff wash hands) Having to take my daughter in to use the potty one morning was a shameful experience for us due to the nature of basic cleanliness. The staff is largely disorganized, often arguing with each other.

I keep coming back out of convince due to location. Foolish me.

Today they had NO hot coffee at either station and I watched them give me a Decaf instead of regular. In the same instance they poured my HOT coffee into an iced coffee cup and tried to put an iced coffee cup lid on the plastic cup as it wilted from the heat. When I asked “what are you doing!?” the employee said they don’t have lids for hot coffee. I told him to just give me the coffee in a hot cup. This is beyond disorganized for the morning rush. Anyone who got regular coffee today 11/12 between 7:30-8:00 all got decaf. I can’t believe I was in line, in the store waiting that long for a hot coffee. Insane. No employees here showed any hustle, urgency or even basic attentiveness of low level customer service.
