Quality, quality, quality!! Great place. The owners were extremely welcoming and the food was amazing. Felt like home. Definitely a great place to go to, not many Nicaraguense cuisines out there, so this was a great find. Mucho éxitos!

I had an amazing experience at El Tío Nica! I ordered the nacatamal and it was absolutely delicious – full of flavor and so authentic, just like a homemade dish. My boyfriend had the caldo de res and he couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. We also shared the tostones con queso frito, which were fresh, perfectly cooked, and so tasty.

The customer service was very family-oriented and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable the whole time. The owner...

I had the Carne asada and it was delicious!!!
Also, Toñas were very cold as the way a real Nicaraguan would love to drink it.
