Once you have gotten donuts at frays no other donut shop will be satisfactory ....people are super nice...fonuts,cinnamon rolls,apple fritters are FANTASTIC....

The service is faster than before. The food is very excellence and I love the girl named Lilly.
We used to frequent this place but after today we will never return. There is absolutely no reason to sell a whole box of donut holes that are burnt. I understand stuff happens but not the entire box. They are all Crunchy and all you taste is burnt grease. What a shame because this used to be the place to go to get the best donuts.

I would say top 10 donuts I have had in my life. Nothing spectacular aesthetically speaking but the donuts are GREAT (as are the Apple fritters)! Wish I would have tried some of the breakfast sandwiches but I def will next time!The coffee was also awesome (picture is the French Vanilla iced latte). Affordable and reasonably priced. The employees were welcoming and friendly, very service driven! Parking wasn’t inconvenient, a tad tricky to get out of during busy times but worth the drive!Can’t wait to come back again!Parking: Hard to get out during the busy hours but worth the drive.

Since new management took over they are slowwwww. Product isn’t what it used to be filling in donut’s very small. Donut flavor aren’t as good either. I sat in line 15min only 2 cars ahead of me no big Order after 10 minutes for the first car they had them pull over. Next. Soo sad last management was soooo Good. In and out in minutes. They are polite and all but speed is required too.

Hello, this is not the same Frays Donuts as when Mr. Fray owned the place. He used to give you such big donuts full of Bavarian Cream like a Whopper from burger king and had wonderful taste, now you got this chency little Bavarian cream donut and the other ones I ordered so small like he made it almost bigger than a flat pancake. Whoever's running this place now, very sad. I guess the new guy believes in shrink quality. More money, less value. Not the same I will not be back. I can just go to Dunkin Donuts and get there. Small donuts with very little cream inside were probably less price. Aren't you supposed to keep up the fray tradition? Or is that out the window?

Today, 3-3-2024, is not the best day for Frays donuts. The croissants taste days old and are tough, the twist donuts are half the size and thickness of the normal size, I really hope that today is just a one off. Too many employees in such a small area, this is not typical, usually there are 4 employees at the most out front. We've been coming to this location since we moved to Florida in 2017. If this continues, I guess we will be searching for a different donut location. We will try again but if it's the same next time, then we won't go back...PLEASE READ YOUR REVIEWS and fix things back to the way you had them before you decided to open 7 days per week. Maybe then things will go back to normal

Top notch food pasteries and service! This is a Killer coffee and donut shop with a few locations here in St Pete. Seriously, you'd have to go into Tampa for anything close. Bravo Frays and thanks for keeping up the amazing creative creations!

Probably the best donuts in the area. Kolaches were on point - super fresh and the folks working were really nice! We will go back when we’re in the area, but they are good enough that we will make the longer drive.
