The viet coffee was extremely watered down. The workers seemed nice enough but take extremely long, and seem hesitant to help. Its about $7 for a cup for just coffee, its just as much as you'd pay at a starbucks or the dunkin not too far down from here. Not worth stopping by

Oh my goodness, everything I try is better than the last. My current face is brown sugar milk tea. Their mango fruit tea is also delicious. I've heard great things about the matcha with cheese mousse. Atmosphere is super cute, always quiet, and all around great place to meet up with friends.
Life a Little Differently
So many tea (and more) options, perfect customer service, and a nice atmosphere with indoor seating. It's very easy to reach but doesn't have much parking, so I would recommend carpooling or walking if you are part of a small group.

I love this little place! Found it while stuck in traffic on Park blvd. It was useless to continue to stand still in the car and I was thirsty. To my surprise, the interior decor of this place is so cute and welcoming! It has become my go to boba tea spot. They have so many different flavors! What I love is dosing the sugar or no sugar to my pleasing on any beverage. Everything is made on the spot. Love it!
Parking: I never had a problem finding parking. The parking lot is small but not very heavily used
Good boba, chewy and lightly sweet. I got 75% sugar for both milk tea and fruit tea. Milk tea taste great but fruit tea still very sweet, could have gone for 50%

This place is very cozy and relaxing. Good study or meet up place. Delicious bubba and Smoothie. A large variety of Smoothie. Cash only and reasonable price. However, the light bulb plastic cup is a little expensive. Other than that, I recommend this place!/24Went back here again for my usual Avacado Smoothie and they still make the best! Really miss them when they were on Waters. I always recommend here since they have really good boba! Gotta come back and really try their desserts! It looks soooooo goood!!! Gotta update when I come back there for dessert!
