I thought I am missing an order from yesterday, I called Pinellas and spoke to the Supervisor Joy. She's very kind and very initiative. She is about to mail me a gift card to make-up for missing order when I found it. Despite of misunderstanding She handle my problem very well. I appreciate this Supervisor and even I moved to NC whenever I'm visiting Bradenton I always stopby to Jbee, food is really feels I'm home, crew is nice but sometimes they do intend to forget the order so we had to double check it, other than that everything is wonderful!!

This location like many other restaurants has shrunk their portion sizes and raised their prices. The spicy chicken sandwich is about 40% smaller than it was a few months ago. The lobby was packed - just like it is in the Philippines. Waited about 40 minutes for my order. No desire to return. I only gave the food 2 stars because it still tastes good.

Chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese and a mango pie. Sandwich was pretty good, fried and juicy but the amount of breading was about McChicken level. Mac was not very good, slightly worse than some Stouffer's. Not worth even the extra dollar. The pie was 99% mango flavored corn syrup with microscopic chunks of what is presumably mango. But it was hot and sweet so it got that job done. Perfectly fine fast food place, but for the price I don't know if I'd go again.
