Great chicken sandwich! Only slightly behind Popeyes in my book. Unfortunately I had to wait 15min just to get it via drive through! Would have been 5 stars if not the wait.

Update April 2024 visit/ Manager Joy was so impressive in handling customer service alongside her crew that she leads. They double-check orders before handing it to you to make sure you'll get the right order. They are patient with you as you navigate the menu. Pleasant employees and a very pleasant visit.

This the 2nd time in 4 years I have tried to get food from this location and again slow service not very well managed. There was no regular chicken for 45 mins wait. There was hot and spicy but that was still a 46 mins to get your order.

My recent visit to Jollibee was nothing short of extraordinary! Although I am no stranger to the franchise, this is the second location I have visited in the USA. Not only did I indulge in their classic Chickenjoy fried chicken, but I also dared to try the spicy chicken—and let me tell you, it was on fire! They must have revamped up the spiciness level, because it took me by surprise, it was super juicy and I loved every bite. I’m not much of a gravy guy, but their regular chicken is extraordinary dipped in it. And guess what? They must have tweaked their spaghetti too! It’s now less sweet, which aligns perfectly with my taste buds. I remember in the Philippines it was like eating a dessert. Kudos to Jollibee for listening to their American customers and making these improvements. But here’s the real gem: Jade. She’s a true asset to the restaurant. Her warm smile and genuine Filipino hospitality made me feel like family. It’s rare to find such authenticity even in the Philippines itself. Jade deserves a standing ovation! In summary, Jollibee in Pinellas Park continues to impress. The food, the service, and the overall experience—top-notch. I’ll be back for more juicy Chickenjoy and that unbeatable Filipino charm!Opps, I left my peach-mango pie in the bottom of my bag! Oh my! Like my childhood memories, a crispy decadent treat. That crackles and melts in your mouth. I should have bought more!
