Today I had KFC for the first time in 15 years. I was totally disappointed. Did you guys forget how to cook? Chicken was soggy and it had very little flavour. I would like a replacement order or my money refunded.

Very disappointed in the 12 piece we got today. They had no white meat, stated at drive through there was a shortage. Oil is old you can taste by the darkness of the chicken and how it tastes old not crispy.
It just didn't taste like the KFC I have come to love.

I won't be going back. No customer service, you order at at a screen. No employees where at the counter at all. When our order was ready a guy came out of the back yelled my name, left the tray with no cups for our drinks. Had to wait forever before someone in the back to notice me. My sisters chicken thigh was so small it looked like a wing. Dried up hard biscuits. There was literally no employees except in the back. All the tables were dirty to. Ugh. It'd be nice if at least one employee was at the counter. I will not be going back. No service. Dirty. Dried up small pieces of chicken. Dried up old looking biscuits. Terrible. I'd give zero stars if possible.

Food was mid I got a famous bowl, however the spoons SMELLLL so so so bad I had to use my own silverware which is fine but if I hadn’t gone straight by home I’d have been highly upset because it affected the way the food tastes, please for the love of your tastebuds don’t even OPEN the spoons I’m sure they’re not healthy to use even.
