This is a new location that opened around first of year because the old one had burnt down. KFC text me a wing breast side and drink combo for 599. I go in and they give me a thigh Instead of a wing. So I took it back up there it took three people to get me a wing , the fries I got, we’re not even warm. When I brought those up, one of the employees looked at me and rolled her eyes at me. I know it’s hard to get good help but having people with your restaurant that doesn’t care about your customers is going to hurt you in the long run. Will not be back and it’s only a quarter of a mile from my house.

The service was absolutely horrible a large crowd of customers and the employees all young kids were just golfing off talking and laughing. The music was so loud I had to repeat my order 3 times. One young lady was the manager and was obviously overwhelmed.

What a delicious chick I constantly buyHere in this place.
My first time back since they closed for so long and i get home from using the drive thru and there was no gravy. I live quit far away. When i called the guy who we won't name was very rude said he would give me a free gravy and a soda. Funny how i already paid for the gravy so its extra exspensive because my time and driving back, gas and more. Also a soda, not acceptable because im diabetic. He says thats all he can offer. So i asked for the district mgr and she got on the line. I found her to be more understanding. Nobody should have to waste time calling over something that should be done correctly the first time.
