I was honestly disappointed. The food was cold I had a Cubano with plantains that were frozen, not fresh, so they didn’t cook properly. My lady had the bistec sandwich, which came with very little meat, one piece of lettuce, and was mostly bread.
I can at least say I liked that my bread was crispy, but unfortunately that’s all I got.
You’re welcome in advance.

I love eating here. The food is like your Abuela made it. Normally at a restaurant I order the same thing every time but not at La Teresita. Consistently good and I find myself ordering a variety of meals and they are all good. And I am a celiac so to find so many options because the ingredients don't include gluten in most of the meals. It's my happy place to eat. Service is good. The general atmosphere of the restaurant is a tad dated but the bathrooms are very clean. I don't mind that it's not shiny and new looking because the food is so good.

La Teresita offers authentic, generous portions of Cuban food with fast, friendly service and great value, featuring dishes like roast pork, ropa vieja, and fresh Cuban bread. It is a bustling, family-owned Cuban gem that delivers a flavorful, filling, and affordable taste of Cuba. I got the Vaca Frita: Flank steak, grilled with garlic, onions, and green peppers. Black beans, yellow rice. Cafe con leche.

After the manager Juan told me they resell customer leftovers that are “sell-able” I will NEVER return. That is absolutely disgusting. Out of all the years I have been coming here I wonder how many times I have been fed other people’s leftovers. I’m disgusted.
The manager Juan, if that’s even his real name told me This place re-uses food that customers “don’t touch” and sell it other customers as long as it’s still “sellable” that is huge violation. I was given a pork sandwich when I ordered a chicken sandwich. I didn’t examine the sandwich(trusting the restaurant) and took ONE bite out of it. Juan yelled at me in the store and insulted me because why did I take a bite out of it and was yapping and crying about how he cannot sell it anymore. Woah red flag. This place is gross. So is the manager. Welp never going there again. Good to know they are not sanitary at all and will sell other people’s germs to paying customers. No thank you. It was distasteful to see how he treats his employees. I wasn’t even mad about the mistake i used to like this place. Now I regret ever eating here. I wonder how many times I got fed other people’s left overs.

La Teresita’s is my favorite Cuban restaurant in pinellas park, the food is always fresh and the service is fast. Gustavo has been my waiter more than a few times and he is wonderful! Excellent customer service and he doesn’t miss a beat!

La Teresita was excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere were all amazing. Everything tasted authentic and full of flavor, and the staff was welcoming and attentive.
I’m Cuban and recently moved to St. Pete from Miami, so I have high standards when it comes to Hispanic food. La Teresita truly delivered. It felt like home and is easily one of the best spots I’ve found since moving here.
I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone.

The Tampa location is so much better. I'm not even sure the two are affiliated, they're so different.
