The daytime staff at the 66th Street @ 102nd Ave, Pinellas Park, FL 33782 location is currently the best collection of employees as individuals AND TEAM!! I haven't experienced ANY MISTAKES with my orders in a year or overheard any other complaints from other guests.... They are such a great group of people that strive for excellence in all aspects of services 👏 💙 🙌 ❤️ ✨️

I think the gentlemen up front in a management position has a great attitude and spirit and it most likely rubs off on all the employees. Thank you all for great service and keeping it a positive atmosphere for all. That kind of atmosphere makes people want to come back and feel welcomed. Food came out great as well thank you.
I was at this location Friday and I had such Outstanding Customer Service! A woman by the name of Rosa got me my breakfast and coffee in less than a minute. She was very kind, professional and got my food to me very quickly! This McDonald's was very clean too. I saw a staff member mopping the floor and it was so shiny that you could eat off of it. This McDonald's is very well managed. The staff is very professional courteous and friendly. It's also very nice to dine inside at this McDonald's. Rosa was Amazing. Walmart McDonald's locations needs to take after how this one is managed and organized. Excellent Experience for Sure ! I will be back at this location.

We stop at the 66th Street/102nd Ave. location quite a bit. It's about to change. Placed the usual order in the drive-thru. Got the food and checked to make sure the special burgers were there and went home only to find out that they weren't the burgers we ordered. Right wrapper and tagged with the printout of what we ordered. Too bad that what was wrapped- wasn't. "Lethal Weapon" flashback with Pesci's comment about drive-thru's. The next week- what we ordered was not what was put in the bag. Also, there's been a change in staff after 6 pm. Not for the good. Rudeness, lack of any sign of customer service, ill-tempered, and staff conflicts playing out in front of customers are just some things we've seen. If we wanted to see that we'd go home and turn on the TV, not at a restaurant that is serving us the food we ordered. Yes, it is convenient, but not cheap anymore. Can't even say healthy. Just quick and convenient and not something we care to experience again. Too many other places to choose from.

I was just waiting for my car to get worked on across the street and had one of the most disappointing visits ever. All I got was a 5$ meal deal. No one at the register ready to take your order so you feel forced to use a kiosk that you are unable to use because they don't have the little table tents to clarify your order. After you're forced to wait you are rushed through an order that comes out 100% wrong. I asked to dine in gave it to me to go, asked for condiments got a plain burger, no condiments in the lobby to dip your fries or make up for their mistakes of not putting anything on, and my nuggets came with honey mustard instead of honey after very specifically clarifying to the cashier that I wanted just honey. The lobby is also brick cold. Terrible experience. This place needs new management. Spent more time clapping behind the counter than they did taking care of a customer.

I love the McDonald's on 102nd Avenue North and 66th Street in Pinellas Park I usually stop in Tuesday morning after a 10-hour shift and usually pick up breakfast I come to this location quite frequently if I'm out in the morning around 5:00 a.m. staff is always nice never gets my order wrong always ask how I'm doing and I reciprocate and if there's any deals going on they let me know.
It's usually an all-female staff working the drive- through and they always ask how I'm doing as they know I stopped in after work what the staff that works Tuesday Mornings around 5:00 a.m. I've never gotten a wrong order from from them they always say thank you and have a good morning and I always reciprocate a thank you I love the Tuesday Morning staff
