I walked in for a pick up, I ordered 2 crab boils (blue crab) with sides in both boils.. not only did I have to wait 45 minutes and never received a time for when my order would be done or a text after the cashier asking for my number to “text me when my order was ready” but I got home and I paid for extra “Mr. & Ms. Crab “sauce”, potatoes, eggs and sausage… we got ONE of each in each bag and the crabs were SO SMALL and we got one crab when the lady said 2-3 depending on weight!!! they had no meat in the crabs whatsoever and neither boil bag had ANY seasoning everything was so dry and bland ! I’ve always heard good things about this place but the experience was horrible I spent $70.00 for something I could had made at home In 10 minutes? Literally NO SEASONING nothing!!! Just small boiled crabs and one side each horrible tasting food and horrible customer service from the staff at the front ! (Didn’t check or realize until I was home as I had two toddlers with me ) so no I didn’t check but why should I have checked something I went over with the person taking the order reassured ME that everything I PAID/ASKED FOR was going to be correct’

If I could give the food less than one star I would. The scallops I had tasted like white fish with absolutely no seasoning. We'll, I don't even know what to say about the catfish my partner had. Again no seasoning at all and very greasy. We both had sweet potato fries they were served with a concoction that tasted like Crisco, brown sugar and cinnamon. I think I'm going to go home immediately and have a heart attack. Can we say good bye to Mr and Mrs crab... Yes!

Horrible experience. Hostess was not helpful and acted as if she didn’t want to be there. CHIN. Chin was our server and it was AWFUL service. She forgot my card and when we called to get it back they were anything less than helpful. Telling me to wait a couple hours and THEN telling me to call tomorrow when they open at 12. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Still haven’t received my credit card. Unless you want a rude server and want to be rushed, do not go. Do better Mr and Mrs. Crab.

Went for lunch 4ppl, fast, friendly waiter and hostess, reasonably priced seafood. Build your boiling bag with your choice of crab, shrimp, muscles, and spicy but delicious and good!!

It's your typical crab boil. Server was very polite and helpful with suggestions. The food came out quickly. We had coconut shrimp and it was pretty good. Seemed fresh and not greasy. I had the preset menu item called Feeling Crabby. It came with shrimp, sausage, blue crab, potato and corn. I ordered just garlic and butter with old bay on the side. I will have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. All the food tasted great and seemed to be fresh. The crabs weren't that big but I was okay with that. I would definitely go back!
