Horrible! The protein available was not good quality. It took forever to cook!! No Duck sauce available. Uncovered food going around on a conveyor belt getting stale and breathed on by customers. VERY overpriced. 1st and last visit.

Our waitress was very helpful, knowing that it was our first time, I'm definitely going back to try more food because there are so many options. My recommendation is make sure you are HUNGRY when you go, because there's a lot of food and options. Also watch some videos on YouTube prior to going so you have an idea of it.

First of all, our server was so kind and soft-spoken and incredibly patient as it was our first time. He took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. Even offered to bring out a 2nd wine as they were in BOGO and I didn't realize it.The atmosphere is so fun and modern although a little smoky so be prepared because it does surprise you at first.The food was incredible and served very quickly! Definitely not a lot of down time between being seated and enjoying the most succulent cuts of meat and savory hot pot broths. We got even more value for our money by doing the BBQ and Hotpot combo! And to top it all off, our child decided this was the perfect time to try egg noodles for the first time. Can confirm they were "so yummy!"We simply can't wait to go back!

What an experience for anyone looking for all you can eat Hot Pot and Korean BBQ. Drink menu had some great deals and options for all ages. Food was good quality (even though you cook everything yourself) but servers will come up if they think you are undercooking anything. We got the Hot and BBQ option which was worth the $3 up charge and the 4 split soup bases. Bathroom was most disappointing cleanliness wise.My advice is start slow and simple, that way you get to explore all the amazing options available.

Came here with a group of 6 and we could not finish all of the food! 2 out of 6 of us ordered the hot pot while the rest ordered BBQ. If we were to do it again, I would say that only one of us would place the order for the meats/vegetables for the hot pot to share since there was way too much. Only 4 add ins to the soup are needed since there is so much food. Just ordering your own soup base and sharing the meats/vegetables is best. Same with the BBQ. Just have one person order 4 things to share. You can always order more later if needed. They do have a gluten free garlic ginger sauce at the sauce/salad bar. And the original soup pass and meats (without sauces) were gluten free too. Very delicious soup and all around food. ?Vegetarian options: Vegetarian soup base options for hot pot or grilled veggiesDietary restrictions: Gluten free options for salad/sauce bar, soup base, and meats with no sauces

Have eaten a few KBBQ and Hot pot places. I love that you can do both here for just a few dollars more. We came with a big group and our server Derrick did an amazing job. He was very attentive and showed everyone how to properly cook on the grill. It’s a great atmosphere and has a revolving line to grab items off of if you want.

Love this location and the food in general! Staff is friendly and welcoming. The decor is a bit dated but between the food and service I prefer this location. Not thrilled with the Clearwater service. Went once when they just opened. Had reservations and still an hour wait. I get they were busy but saw groups that knew the owner just waltz right in. I was hangry at that point and thought it was unfair since my party had reservations.

If you love hot pot or Korea BBQ you will love this restaurant. They have a wide variety of items you can order, or take off their conveyors belt. This is really convenient because you don’t have to leave your seat to get items. If you are from the Sichuan region of China this is just like home sauce bar and all. As for the Korean bbq which is what we ordered they had everything you could want. The meat was fresh and our server was very tentative. I will say this to be aware if you over order or have leftovers they can charge you by the pound. While I didn’t have this issue as we ate almost everything except bones and 3 small pieces of meat just be aware.Dietary restrictions: They did a fantastic job separating items rather than having them on a buffet where items that could trigger allergies mix they’re on separate plates on a conveyor belt.
