Not busy (surprising as good as the food is!), greeted by Hannah, smiled, enthusiastic, let me know timeline since the food was made fresh, and then the crew got to work on my order. I never leave reviews but I felt the need to leave one for this particular store. I often purchase lunches for teachers and staff at a nearby school and was on a time crunch on 08/27. Jalen was kind enough to open the doors a few minutes early to make sure I had enough time to get to the school with hot food. He was friendly, welcoming and accommodating, all with a smile. The whole team was gracious and I'm so grateful they all chipped in early to help me help these teachers. Joyce was the one who took my order and she also went above and beyond for me. I cant thank and say enough good things about this store. I frequent this store often and its always the friendliest service with fresh food. there's a nice culture and family aura that you can feel when you're there. I only wish all establishments were run the way this store runs! THANK YOU TO THE STAFF THAT DAY & all the other times we are there <3

The people that work there are just so rude the lady that took our order had an attitude then the one when we got our food I asked for another ketchup she said they in there and slammed her window shut i was like excuse me mam and she ignored me... Will not be going back!

They are accurately rated. (4.5) for a quick fix stop it 100% satisfied my craving. Waffle fries are superior to its lesser counterparts of wedges, curly, or steak cut. The tenders were cooked very well not overly breaded and the Texas toast is one of the deepest guilty pleasures that come complementary to the tenders meal. Price was better than I excepted and usually fast food places get sloppy with delivery orders, not PDQ. I don’t always eat food passed thru a window but if I do, it’s PDQ now.

I got my meals from doordash and they were 3 piece meals that were buy 1 get 1 free. The meals were great for $10. If I paid $20 for this meal I would never buy from you again. You should be ashamed of yourself. The food was great the portions were worth the coupon price. I would feel completely ripped off if I paid 20.

(NEW) 8/3/2025 Pdq did it!!! Honey butter tenders now. I no longer need to request honey butter with my tenders! Good job!!! They are good.
Today 11/22/2023 at 4:50 pm I went to pdq and usually get the honey butter for free to go along with my tenders and it's not on the app so I come in and request it. Today, I'm told they charge for it now like the other sides I'm told. Yet on the app, they don't charge anything. If this is true, they should add honey butter as one of the sauces, and it's a charge. If this is not true, I got scammed by employees, lol. I reported this to PDQ. This should get reviewed.
