This place has become my go-to spot when I am in town. The Pho broth is incredibly flavorful, and the meats are tender and always fresh. The rice dishes are tasty and delicious, and the various Bún (rice noodle) options are equally impressive. Two must-try appetizers are the Spring Rolls and the Fish Sauce Chicken Wings - I never have regret to come in here.

For Vietnamese food enthusiasts, there's an added bonus: the chef's weekly specials, featuring traditional dishes that aren't on the regular menu. These hidden gems are posted on a handwritten board, so be sure to check it out for a truly authentic experience!

The food was great. I just don't like green papaya salad. Everything else was great...

Being unfamiliar with the area and craving pho, I ordered from the nearest Vietnamese restaurant. I've had pho at dozens of restaurants, and none have been bad, leading me to believe that pho is one of those dishes you cannot get wrong. But was I wrong in that assumption. The broth was uninspired, and the mung bean sprouts were mostly brown. That alone would not have elicited a poor review as some of the sprouts were edible. But the chicken was disgusting. Obviously hand butchered, the chicken contained cartilage and sketchy pieces, as well as pieces of skin and fat floating in the soup. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I just threw the entire dish in the trash, Granted, I did order at the end of the evening, , and perhaps I was getting the dregs of the day. There was fresh basil included, but also a long piece of something green that looked and tasted like a weed that I thought was basil. Either the cook thought I wouldn't noticed the brown spouts, weedy basil, and fatty chicken, or they just didn't care. The the strong reviews this restaurant got, I was very surprised by the poor quality of the pho ga. The spring rolls were good, and the peanut sauce was spectacular, but the pho was simply awful, which is the reason for the 1-star review.

Clean restaurant, we went with my family on a Saturday afternoon. Seated upon arrival as the restaurant was about 40% filled. We ordered 3 Pho dac Biet, Banh Canh Hai San (seafood udon noodles), broken rice plate, and a passionfruit drink.

The pho was a clear, golden broth with a nice rich, deep flavour. Not too sweet like how Northern Vietnamese folks make their pho so this was very nice. Very good portions of beef, and noodles. My only feedback would be that the bean sprouts could have been more fresh.

The Banh canh lacked any flavour -- felt like seafood in a broth with udon noodles.

The passionfruit drink was overly sweet it hurt my teeth. My son didn't finish his and neither did I.

My brother had broken rice platter with grilled meats and he had no complaints.

This restaurant is easy to get to, lots of free parking, and service is good.

Pho Ha Tien in St. Petersburg is a true gem for lovers of authentic Vietnamese cuisine! Having traveled to Vietnam and Asia many times, I can confidently say the quality here rivals that of the home country. The fresh summer rolls are absolutely mouthwatering, the caramelized pork with pepper is superbly seasoned, and the large shrimp with noodles are incredibly succulent and fresh. Every bite takes you on a flavorful journey. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The customer called in to order food but didn't know it was closed today, but the employee who answered was very rude and seemed annoyed. Will never gather again.

Service and atmosphere was not bad, but didn't have luck with food. We ordered pho. The portion was good, however the flavor of the soup was lacking. So watered down that there's only a hint of the broth. The bolba is a jello version and not the typical chewy tapioca texture. Some may like it, and some might not. If I come again, I may try something else.

Absolutely delicious pho! I've been searching for a new favorite since the place I used to go closed. I have other pho restaurant much closer to my house, but I would definitely go here before I'd choose to go there. I ordered a medium and still had a hard time finishing it. Very fresh ingredients and a the spice additions you could want. Spring rolls were absolutely amazing as well.

Let me first start off saying that Pho Ha Tien is undoubtedly the finest example of 100% authentic Vietnamese cuisine, to the cultural level. Very little English is spoken here, which should be the ultimate indicator in knowing you've found the right place.

Fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce were spectacular, the ingredients were delightfully fresh and vibrant. And special thanks for them actually topping the sauce with chopped peanuts - a step often ignored in other dining establishments that serve this dish.

And the star of the show? OX TAIL PHO! It was, in a word: legendary. I felt like I was being re-introduced to the magic of pho all over again, having downed at least 1000 bowls in my lifetime already. Believe you me, Pho Ha Tien's pho is the standard, without question. Broth so clear, yet so packed with flavor. Your mind simply will not comprehend this possibility.

My gratitude for the lunch I enjoyed here cannot be expressed in enough words. It was everything I have ever wanted in a bowl of pho, and I am eagerly awaiting my return for the next one - with many, many more after.

Thank you, Pho Ha Tien!
