I usually order from here and usually is always good. I ordered the $20 box that’s 2 pizzas wings and breadsticks, and I never received my wings🤦♀️ and that was the main part I was looking forward to. and it was near closing time so I couldn’t go back to get them

This Pizza Hut location can be a bit hit or miss depending on the day. I’ve had times when the pizza was absolutely perfect: hot, fresh, and delicious , but other times it looked a bit old and not as great. The same goes for customer service: sometimes it’s fantastic and friendly, other times not quite as good. Overall, I still enjoy Pizza Hut, but a little more consistency would make it even better. A drive-thru option would also be a great improvement!

Order on app for delivery. It still hasn’t arrived 10 minutes after their latest time. I called and they said they were waiting for door dash to pick it up. I thought they had their own drivers but they use door dash when they are busy. I had to pick it up. I said to the girl I want to make sure the tip and delivery fee were refunded me so she handed me what I thought was the credit. Got home and it was the total receipt. I know I ordered 4 piece boneless, they charged me for 8, I didn’t one of the sauces I paid for and they put extra sauce and spicy sauce which is not what I ordered. This is not the first time my order was messed up but I was very understanding those times. I’m done with Pizza Hut

Just visited this location. I called in my order and the local employees actually answered! No outsourced call center like HH. The employee on the phone was very nice! Took my order quickly and professionally. Said ready in 15 mins. I got there in 20 and it was ready. they were just as nice in person. Food was piping hot and delicious when I got home! Got personal pan pizzas and honey bbq boneless wings, very tasty. Would return!

5:30pm Aug 12th. Walked in to place order, due to app crashing through my phone. Needless to say didn't order anything because guy behind counter decided to mock me and explain how the app is working for everyone else. But hey, I didn't just waste gas to place an order. Never again.
