Take them FOREVER to make your order. Then when they do ya not right. Also when you walk in and stand to the counter you have to yell for them to come to service you! I literally live a mile away and hate coming to this Pizza Hut. I’d rather go to Pizza Hut in St. Petersburg!

Order two pizza with onions, they put enough onion to fill half a teaspoon for two pizzas. Saturday 9th around 8pm horrible who ever made the pizza.

I don’t get to come to this location very often being that I live in St. Petersburg but , clean friendly and great awesome food .One night I came in after my husband did a 12 hour shift (was in the area heading home) didn’t have much to spend and the young lady at the front. Mrs. ❤️Tara was very helpful and kind with helping me make a decision about the meal for the 2 of us (our kids were hanging out?), everyone Who came in contact with the front counter, including one customer that had some drinks very nice man when he arrived to pick up his own online order (he hugged me while talking)were very, pleasant and kind. It was all around a great experience. Please keep the ? Awesome work up guys. (Red Firebird girl)

Doughy. Sitting in the parking lot now eating my personal pan pizza and the crust may as well be raw dough.... I ate the very end of the crust and put the pepperoni on it. The rest is going in the trash. Smh. So disappointed.

I placed an order on uber eats, it went to the wrong address. The Uber support said they already prepared it, so It was not refundable after I automatically canceled it. I was robbed for almost 40 dollars for what should have been a 17 dollar order. After being lied to about it being canceled on either their end ? Or ubers. I don't care who's fault it is, I starved for the night. When calling Uber, I was hung up multiple times, and when calling Pizza Hut, there was nothing they could do. I will never be going to either again. Just on principle, they both acted like robots instead of human beings. Uber even called me, put me on hold, to tell me their was nothing they could do. I will never order food from any restaurant that supports Uber eats ever again.
Abby helped me out over the phone and was the absolute sweetest! I had to give her my card number FOUR (yes 4!) times because I didn’t know my own billing zip. She was so nice and deserves a raise!

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!! I Ordered a big dinner box. Boneless wings were small for almost $9 and my total was $37 however when I checked my statement I saw I was charged $47? That’s a whole $10 difference. Someone added a tip or something. I wanted to be wrong before I wrote this review but seeing that other people have had similar experiences with this location it was only fair.
