Everything in this place is perfect, I recommend it to everyone, but...I was at this place a few weeks ago and when I ordered the drink at that moment another colleague came back from the break. The lady serving me (blonde, short hair, piercings) shouted at the other colleague from afar for 2-3 minutes and it was very unpleasant! This is not appropriate behavior. No one can behave like this even if there are no guests or even if there are guests. She didn't shout at me, but I was standing in front of the counter and suddenly I didn't understand what was happened!I think she doesn't fit in with the other lovely and adorable servers.You go close to her and kindly explain things to her. In private. Please! ❤️

I went to redeem my birthday reward ($6 off a smoothie) which a staff informed me was through an app order only, so I placed the order through the app and they made the smoothie that way. It only took a minute or two to make my Lean Green Extreme which tasted very refreshing. Not much seating area inside, but that's to be expected in these kinds of shops. Overall I'm happy with my experience here!

We'd been out boating all afternoon on a very hot day. I was desperately thirsty & hot, and just feel I NEEDED a fresh fruit smoothie to truly rehydrate.We both ordered the Fiji Island Breeze w coconut water, leafy greens, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, bananas. It was PERFECT! So thirst quenching, so hydrating, cool but no chunky bits of ice, which always give me a headache. We both loved them! Service was friendly and fast.We'll definitely be back!

Smoothies are always great BUT we always order ahead (at least 3 x a month) and every single time we show up, the girls are hiding in back room and order wasn’t seen. Not huge deal but annoying as we order ahead to avoid having to wait because we’re usually in a hurry. They also cut lights in dining room super low 30 minutes before closing to look closed.

Staying in the area for a few days. Was craving a smoothie and found Planet Smoothie. It’s a cute little smoothie spot and the service was great. I wasn’t sure on what to get so I went with my server’s recommendation of the Amazon Kick. It was delicious! Highly recommend.

Although I love Planet Smoothie, this location is terrible because the customer service is horrendous! Law Enforcement had to get involved just for me to receive my refund. Worst customer service experience I've ever endured in my life. I highly advise going elsewhere for your smoothies, because their staff's toxic energy isn't healthy for anyone.
