I Ordered pick up at this location. They didn't put any sauces in my bag that i ordered. No utensils to eat my mash potatoes and chicken with. Just a few DEI employees behind the counter that were listening to rap music. Not worth the money for sure.

Great food, great staff, they all work hard. They all have amazing teamwork. Kindness, respect for everyone, no drama. Just an all around great place to work and dine. If you enjoy healthier “fast food” or you love great chicken, rice and beans or bowls definitely check this place out. Their food is yummy, healthy, quick, reasonably priced and did I say delicious?
We always enjoy Pollo Tropical when we visit Florida. We enjoyed it better when they had the bar with their sauces and other ingredients. Service is so bad that you are afraid to ask for anything.
