Why does the “half chicken” contain no breast and two drumsticks and thighs? Expect the meal to also be plain. No onions or anything. Feeling a little ripped off. Three stars because the food still tastes pretty damn good for drive-through.

I Ordered ahead of time and Came at the time the app said to show up. Lady says “Looks like the just started working on it” with lots of attitude for absolutely no reason. They had 3 customers in the building and like 7 workers. Maybe theyre just lazy? I would like my food to be made when it says it will be ready by. Keep in mind I ordered about 20 minutes before showing up and only had 2 items with 2 sodas. Ridiculous….

If you’re in a hurry, I don’t think there’s any faster turn around time between placing an order at the window and driving off with your food than this spot. Tasty chicken, great dipping sauces.

I usually enjoy Pollo tropical this location chicken and macaroni and cheese was disgusting. I was hungry. I couldn’t even eat. It had to throw it away.
