Always an attitude when ordering, many times when ordering through the drive thru we get completely forgotten and they have to remake our food. This time we were told we had to wait 50 mins for steak to be cooked.
Things happen by mistake, but for this company, THEY DONT CARE. GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR MONWY!!!

Ordered the chicken quesadilla wrap and it was so dry. The chicken was really dried out. Which means the food was not fresh made to order. Very disappointed when spending over 25 dollars .

This place has gone downhill. Been here 3 times this week and the chicken was incredibly dry and overcooked. Unfortunately Im done coming here. And good luck calling and talking to anyone. The review rating speaks for itself. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. It sucks because when the foods made right I enjoy it but not the case anymore.

Every time I spot a Pollo Tropical, I can’t help but stop in. Hands down, the best chicken in the world—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and always delicious. This visit didn’t disappoint on the food.
The only downside? The bathrooms were downright filthy. Food is a 10/10, but the cleanliness in the restrooms really needs attention.

First time I’ve been in a while and I like the new menu choices. Got the quesadilla wrap and it was delicious! It’s a still a fast food diner but definitely a step up from KFC and McD’s

Why does the “half chicken” contain no breast and two drumsticks and thighs? Expect the meal to also be plain. No onions or anything. Feeling a little ripped off. Three stars because the food still tastes pretty damn good for drive-through.
