Do yourself a favor and go here! Authentic, delicious Vietnamese food and you get to try a little bit of everything. It's ridiculously good and I've found a new favorite restaurant as well! Also, staff was very sweet and informative about the food. I learned a lot and it was a really great experience. I have no idea why some people could experience all of this and take off a star in their rating just because it's a smaller space when it's busy...

Quan Ngon Bistro in Pinellas Park is an outstanding Vietnamese all-you-can-eat buffet. The food is consistently delicious, with a truly authentic Vietnamese taste that’s hard to find elsewhere. The variety is impressive, and every dish is high quality and well-prepared.
My wife and I enjoy it so much that we come at least twice a week. The experience is always satisfying, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and great value.

Really wanted to love this place, I do get that it is probably had to have an all you can eat vietnamese restaurant. Food was cold, dry and just not that good. Vietnamese food is one of my favorite cuisine and I was a little disappointed.

I visit this place every time I fly to Tampa to hang out with friends. It’s a Vietnamese buffet, and surprisingly every dish here tastes great. Usually buffet food is just average, but everything at Quan Ngon Bistro is fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The price is also very reasonable for the quality and variety you get.
Definitely one of the best Vietnamese buffets I’ve been to, and a must-visit spot whenever I’m in town.

On a whim, I drove for almost 2 hours to try this place, and I have to say that it was well worth it. The restaurant is small, and the setup was unusual for a buffet. I felt like I was invited to a buffet dinner at a friend's house. It felt cozy and the food was like homemade. I felt like each dish was carefully prepared with love and well-seasoned. All of them tasted very good esp. bánh bèo, all the gỏi, wonton soup, bánh xèo, mussels topped with scallions, .... Phở can be ordered, freshly made, brought to your table and it was also very good. I can't think of a better place around here to sample authentic Vietnamese dishes than this one. Service was excellent during my visit. Food was brought out continuously, and the servers were very friendly.
