Terrible service, food, atmosphere. Meals delivered 1 at a time every 5 or 10 minutes. 6 people. Childrens meals forgotten. There were no other customers there. Skip this place!!!

I never leave reviews, never feel the need to. This place was dead when we came in. All employees & managers sitting at the tables. Not one customer. We sat down & was given menus. We ordered our food then a group came in after us. They got their food & left before we did. We got our rangoons & they were still frozen. Another party of two came in & they got their food & left before we did once again. We got our entrees one by one. We waited for our kids food to come out, but it never came. We mentioned to the server Patrica & she said “are we forgetting anything else?” I am a server & know how the industry works, so we tried to be patient. It took another 20 minutes before my kids even got their food. Not only did they not check on us, they sat there & starred at us. Then a lady that seems to be a manager went to sit down at the table with two of her phones to have personal conversations & laugh on her phone. The server didn’t check on how our late entree was, but she was ready to ask if we were ready for our check. The rice was undercooked & the kids could barely chew it. If there is no customers why was it so hard to get things right? Maybe the no customers should’ve been a warning to us. If I could give a zero star I would. Even with poor service I will tip 18%. We gave them nothing, so that should tell you. They are lucky we paid at all.

Very cute/trendy Vietnamese restaurant in Pinellas. I particularly like the refreshing drinks they make (sea salt foam coffee, milk teas, fruit teas, corn milk!) and the variety of desserts (flan, yogurt, che). The price here isn't bad either. Pho dac biet and bun bo bue is $14.95. The amount of meat in their noodle soups is very filling. I say Quan Ngon (yummy cafe as it translates) is trendy because they have several streetfood items you can't find in other Vietnamese restaurants. One of my favs is bun dau mam tom, which is rice noodles with sliced pork belly and very pungent dipping sauce. If you are adventurous try it. I also like that Quan Ngon sells snacks to go and sometimes seasonal fruit by the pound. It's a very convenient stop!! Follow their facebook for daily specials!

The reviews this place has is very disappointing.personally I’m a chef from New York culinary trained and this place deserves the 5 starts I’m giving it due to the massive flavor of the oxtail pho .! The chicken over rice and corn drink are as real as it gets . U deserve to pay for this type of quality. So impressive and I’m coming back asap.
The server guy with glasses is super rude, and he is not friendly with customers. Specifically, I’m from Vietnam, and he is also Vietnamese. I don’t know what he has been through all day to have that attitude.I also don’t know “What did I do wrong to get that kind of service back???” He has a lot of problems about communication. I think first step to become the server, you need to learn how to communicate with your customer. Plus, you make me feel ashamed for being Vietnamese. Vietnamese people are very friendly. I hope you will not hold that attitude towards foreign customers. Don't make foreigners think bad about Vietnamese people. Lastly, I understood why the food here is not so bad but only 3.8. Now, I know, never see you again. Goodbye !!!

The food was declious. We tried pho, garlic butter snails and salted egg snails. Everything was amazing. This place exceeded our expectation. The ambiance was nice. It was spacious and gave off a modern vibe. The service was great. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely come back again.

Great restaurant with tasty food and on point customer service. The owner is very friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone coming to visit Tampa. I personally love their Com Ga Roti. It's the best I have had for a long time.

Came twice and they were closed both time. The hours are not right because they seem to close anytime they want. Came at 8pm but they said they were closed since 7pm. Tried another day, this time we came at 3pm and there was a sign posted that they are closed from 3-5pm.Definitely should call before hand to confirm hours.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES!! My first time here wasn’t good but not as worst as this time. I have to be honest, the food here isn’t bad at all, that’s why my family came back for the second time thinking the service would be better. WRONG! No one said Hi when we enter, the young gentleman was our waitress, he seemed annoyed the whole time. We felt bad thinking he was having a bad day or the place was too busy. Nothing serious until my dad got his Pho, by the time he finished his, the rest still haven’t come out. We noticed the table after us already got their orders. We patiently waited another 15mins,( the place wasn’t busy at the time, ) then that young man came and asked if I need something. I told him I need my food lol. We saw him walking to the cashier and printed out our order, which means he forgot. We ended up paying for what we had and left. NEVER SAID SORRY ONCE!Đồ ăn ngon nhưng thái độ phục vụ quá tệ. Gia đình mình rất dễ, làm khách mà cảm thấy như làm phiền vậy. Đã thử hai lần và hai lần đều bị.
