was so excited to eat my mamon only to find mold on it. there was a tiny green speck at the top. i still ate it because it was like $3, but later bit into a white piece of mold in the center! the "best by" date said 9/2/24 and i ate it on 8/31. i didn't even know i had to look for mold, but apparently i do now when it comes to red ribbon!! the only positive thing is the staff were friendly. :/

Great price point. Fresh mamon (sponge cake). It's been a while since I had these so I bought two assorted bags. I wish we have Red Ribbon in Jacksonville. We were just visiting St. Pete and was excited to see you next to Jollibee. Come to this place, you won't find anything like it.
Bought an Ube Flan cake for my Husbands birthday. Drove almost 2 hours to get the cake just to be disappointed when we got home. Clerk showed the cake but did not show there is a best by date on the cake plate. Today is 7/28 and the best by date is 7/18. Shame on Red Ribbon selling product 10 days after the best by date.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove all the way down from Jacksonville to purchase filipino pastries. Once I collected my items, I waited at the register, which had no one attending it. I noticed employees in the kitchen and made eye contact with them several times. One of them walked up to the front and went into the freezer, saw me standing at the register, and went straight back into the kitchen. No one came to the register to help me check out. Very disappointing experience.

with all the Pinoys in Jacksonville and you had to open a Red Ribbon in Tampa....this is the only Red Ribbon in Florida and you had to open it in Tampa instead of Jacksonville.... speechless.
