with all the Pinoys in Jacksonville and you had to open a Red Ribbon in Tampa....this is the only Red Ribbon in Florida and you had to open it in Tampa instead of Jacksonville.... speechless.

I'm not giving 1 star just because one employee is bad with her customer service. This lady is super rude in our recent visit. Ate, if you don't like your job pls don't ruin this amazing place for loyal customers like US. It's not gonna hurt to greet your customers with a smile instead of your grumpy face! We always have a good experience here because most of the crew here are so welcoming and accomodating! Until, we met this rude employee who seems annoyed just because we're asking for Empanada. Do better and maybe some of the younger employees who have amazing customer service can teach this grumpy employee to do her job!

The baked goods used to be really good. They've added something to the recipes. Maybe cheaper ingredients or some additive. My whole family can taste the difference. We used to drive all the way to Pinellas from 1 hr away and be so excited. Something has definitely changed and I'm so sad about it. The ube mamon had a strange after taste. Same with the sans rival. We bought a whole cake. I was there last month and did enjoy the arroz caldo. The ube latte is good. The halo halo had nothing in it but beans. It was not what I was expecting. The manager yesterday seemed a bit abrupt. Typically, we have a good experience. We brought someone to try the food at this location yesterday and I was so embarrassed because everything had a weird after taste. I was saying...I swear it never tasted like this before but I guess that was enough to turn them off.

Comment is solely on service as I have not tried the pastry yet. Service was horrible - stood in front of the pastry counter for 10 minutes, never served never acknowledged. Had to jump into the cashier line to get service. Commented to the cashier that if customers aren't supposed to order at the pastry counter, a sign would be nice. Of course she ignored my comment nor apologized for my wait.Funny, the customer in front of me offered for me to cut as she commented "you've been waiting a long time". Of course I thanked her but did not cut

What a horrible experiences I have at this location. Bought the whole pack of variety of Filipino treats including cakes , butter mamon, ube mamon and many other stuff. Drove from Alabama down to Tampa just to received disappointness. Bought some cakes on Thursday , Nov 23 2023, due to driving and travelling , cake was kept in the cooler in the car . Now today , Nov 26 , open the cakes to eat, its have mold in it. Called the shop to rectify the problems , received a very vague response from the manager of the store of the day , Nov 26. Saying he couldn't do anything for it and have to call back to speak to another manager. .staff on Thanksgiving day , nov 23 is also not so friendly at all. Empanada was out, seems like the staff wouldn't care anything because they have to work on that day. Never will be back here again.Updated : Nov 28 2023 : After 2 days waiting for Cherry, the manager of the stores to reach out, no luck, I have to called and talked to her today, to be frank, I expected a little bit more professionalism from big company like Red Ribbon. But as another consumers and business enthusiastic, I will definitely give them a chance to redeem them self next time I will headed to Tampa areas and I will fix my review then, If they are really sincered about this. The manager Cherry said she will help me exchanged all the stuff I bought and will earn my trust again. Until then, I respected the owner and wanted to supported the Filipino community but their attitude seems like they only partially wanted customer to come back.

Right next door to Jollibees... so this was a logical place to stop next. I have never had a "Mamon" before! Walked in.. and noticed they had a nice display of well decorated cakes. Apparently they will do custom cakes for people. Good to know. I checked out the Mamons... and see they are all pre-packaged little cakes. Not sure if they are made in the shop and packaged there or not. Picked up a Butter Mamon and a Moist Choco Slice (because CHOCOLATE!)Waited until I got home to eat them.Butter Mamon: Sort of like a tasty angel food cake... very good.Moist Choco slice: Not that moist... had to get some milk to finish it. Nice Chocolate flavor though, although size vs price... I will probably pass on these in the future. I think if you label something moist, it should be!Personally... not really that impressed. I think they are overpriced. But Ok...I might stop in for more Mamons... we'll see!

How can you guys advertise choose your own 10 flavors but then when you go inside, they say you can’t pick and choose? What a joke.

Food was great, staff accomodating & friendly. Going to this branch satisfied our craving for Red Ribbon bakery items which we miss a lot. Glad we drove 3hrs just to eat my favorite “ chocolate mousse” which is moist & isn’t so sweet. Love it! The palabok, arozcaldo and ube flan cake were great too!
